Sonichuman:
OCR launched a OverClocked Records which is a place where you can buy original work and VG OSTS from artists. 80% of the proceeds go to the artist while a portion goes to OCR to help maintain the site.
http://overclockedrecords.com/
among the people on there are Big Giant Circles, HalC, Beatdrop and I see the OST for Dust: An Elysian Tail on there
OC also launched the Apex 2014 album this past week

Which contains a 3 part rap track by Overclocked Assembled where they mimic some mainstream rap artists styles while posing as characters from Smash. It’s interesting.
Ys III: Wanderers from Ys ‘The Freak Winged Boy’ by Dr. Manhattan

Source is ‘The Boy’s Got His Wings’ . I’ve never played a Ys game so I was unfamiliar with the source but that didn’t stop me from enjoying Dr. Manhattan’s rocking version of this. Funny thing is as I was searching for the source I came across the version that’s in Oath in Felghana and ended up liking that one more than the source that Manhattan based his off of which I’m sure isn’t fair…but that violin man. In anycase the source is easily heard and recognizable and it carries plenty of energy.
Yeah, Dr. Manhattan is a G. His stuff is so good #Kreygasm
Metroid Metal pulled a fast one and posted up a new album without mentioning about it before hand.

Checking it out now…more than likely I know I’m going to end up buying it.
Beta is a pimp when it comes to game music. We have pretty similar tastes.
Even though I rag on Diablo 3, it does have good music.

Doom Troopers. Little remembered run ‘n’ gun platformer with a forgettable soundtrack. Except, inexplicably, for the below. Sounds like something out of F-Zero or something. Pretty damn good.
Possibly one of the best treats for beating a game.
Been listening to a lot of Guilty Gear Isuka lately.
I like how these songs drag on.

@Tekno : funnily enough hatsune miku is used in this track.
