Been listening to the SCWU soundtrack. Yea, I know they’re basically J-pop/K-pop house/techno mixes, but I don’t know where else to find them.

It’s one of 3 Chocobo themes in the game. I just like it cuz it’s fucking crazy =P

That’s fine. I dig metal of course but there’s stuff about this track that is completely laughable (lyrics) and the composition I’m not feeling on it. As of currently it feels completely out of place but I’m curious to know where in the hell this track plays in the game. Like…if the bay doors of a ship are opening up in the middle of a battlefield with explosions and shit going all over and then there’s a shot of the door opening revealing Lightning on a chocobo all armored up. Then they just do a free fall dive while avoiding explosions and near misses from cannon fire while she’s hacking and slashing at people on the way down with the chocobo attacking people at the same time. If it’s featured in a scene similiar or in some action packed scene like that involving her riding a chocobo into battle then maybe…but if this is just something that just kicks up anytime I jump on the chocobo and I’m just going for a leisurely stroll? lol

Understandable, I don’t think the song was intended to be serious (at least I hope not).

I think it pops up during the Chocobo Races (which are like FF7’s)

I really like the Phoenix Wright series’ music… especially Godot’s theme. I have a cover of it on YT (shameless plug) but am also posting to ask if anyone else knows of video game music similar to his theme. It’s like… mellow jazz, but not so jazz-funk esque like, say, Street Fighter EX OST or anything like that. Anyone have any video game composer recommendations?

So it took me like 3 days but I’ve finally finished listening to the FF XIII-2 soundtrack. So much better than I thought it would be, some really good stuff on there, worthy of FF. Almost makes me want to buy the game. Almost. Will wait till it’s 20$ like XIII.

Mighty Switch Force! Official Soundtrack

It’s set as a pay what you want download so it’s basically free. Album is soooo awesome! It has a track called “Whoa I’m in Space Cuba.” The title alone makes this album worth downloading. Did I mention that this album was done by Jake “virt” Kaufman (Contra 4, Shantae’s Risky Revenge)? virt has done it again, folks.
