Ony if you are a fucking graphics whore.
Again only if you are a graphics whore and think that’s the most important aspect of a video game.
Well thank fuck you aren’t CDPR.

Sorry I don’t consider 15-20fps good enough, and unfortunately last gen consoles cannot provide a stable framerate
Looks fine on my PC and it aint doing that ray tracing or dlss. I have it at max settings 1080p and it runs at 75fps smooth. I have it capped at that cause monitor stuff. I dont have a super high end pc.
Cool. Thats not what you said tho. You said ONLY way to experience it was on a high end PC with RTX and probably Ray Tracing to. Thats graphics whore bullshit. I can cosign the need for a more stable frame rate its what bothers me the most but you went waaaaaaaaaay beyond just frame rate.
Glad you don’t work for CDPR.
Wrong. I don’t have RTX and I am running the game on Ultra at 1440p with stable frames.
Seeing the stories about crunch - so am I
That’s the same thing btw
“Wrong” what?
Just to be clear usually I’m not bothered by the visual aspects of a game much (unless there’s something really extreme like lowpoly models in plain sight or a lack of antialiasing which you’ll see very often). For CB2077 I’m making an exception because of Night City’s atmosphere and environmental detail. Raytraycing adds a lot to the presentation here.
You said it.
And you are wrong about needing RTX.
I only got a GTX 1080 and I am running in Ultra settings at 1440p
My PC has an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor @ 4.05 GHz with 64GB of ram
and I am running the game off a 4TB 72000 RPM Toshiba 3.5" Hard Drive
High end PC? Maybe, maybe not.
I didn’t max out my Ram slots of capacity for my Motherboard. Running with a 2 gens old Graphics card that don’t support RTX.
And I am running the game of a Spinning HDD instead of a SSD. And not factoring the new Ryzen 5000 series there still better CPUs to be had for Ryzen without getting into Thread Ripper territory.
Not really. Yes the game uses it, but it does not leverage Raytracing that much.
With all the bright neon colors you don’t really will notice
There hardly a difference. In a very few, and I mean few places you get some reflections off glass and more glare with RTX on. If that’s all RTX does is create glare that gets in my way, screw that. I Don’t want it on.
Would it be better to get the AMD Ryzen 3000 series, since the Ryzen 5000 series sellout quicker than PS5S?
If you can grab a Ryzen 3XXX series for now and wait till things settle with the new series. I’m happy i jumped on a 3600 earlier this year and been good ever since.
Well they can use the exact same Motherboards. x570 and b550 chipset boards support the new Ryzen 5XXX features. So grab the 3XXX now and you can always swap the CPU later on.
Here a full break down on the motherboards
This is whats in my computer. Its not high end shit but it gets the job done fine. I can upgrade later if I need to so that’s nice. I actually plan to build another computer soon as this one im using was meant for my lady.
Alrighty then!!
Only thing I neglected is that apparently b550 has PCIe 3rd Gen not 4th Gen.
Here the recommended minimum specs for Cyberpunk 2077
You don’t need high end PC, a Computer built in 2013 can run this.
Also keep in mind this build would already outclass the PS4 and Xbox one in 2013.
I’m go with the x570.
I meet the minimum recommendation for Cyberpunk 2077
I’m currently playing on Medium settings.
Speaking of, 3.5 GB patch is out.
40 mins to hour before I can go back to Night City.

Bonuses based on metacritic scores…what?
Activision, EA and I believe Ubisoft had those as well. I know for sure Activision and EA had them. Shit is stupid. Dangling a carrot and then deflecting to it being someone else’s fault, is one of the more capitalist things you can do.
