Gunlance was actually my favorite weapon up until World.

Now, me and the greatsword are inseparable. That Berserk frame I posted was more apt than I realized. I do NOT feel complete in that game without the greatsword, much like Guts lmao. I’ve used it in World for years and still haven’t gotten bored.

Only other weapons I ever even touch are Longsword and Dual Blades.

Also, there’s 4 shielded weapons! Gunlance, Sword&Shield, Charge Blade, Lance.

Thats how i am with the Charge Blade. I try other weapons, get bored and go back to smashing monsters with my sword & Shield/Axe death dealer.

It’s too bad we’ll probably never get to play anymore, since I’m never playing that game on console ever again. :joy:

I dunno though, there’ll probably be a PS5 version that runs just as well as it does on PC. I guess we’ll see lol. I could get over the drop to 30 FPS, but I can’t go back to those load times.

I’ve been using the 5 weapons of Cheese and Death for the past few years on Monster Hunter World!!

Charge (CHAD) Blade, Dual Blades, Hammer, Heavy Bowgun, , and Light Bowgun!!

Outside of those five and to keep things fresh, I’ve been using the longsword and bow, plus Great Sword on occasion.

I always though the series was random wild crazy shit, and the “story” was your excuse to shoot the weirdest looking things. Like some drug-fueled dream came to life.

No exclusives, only PS4 backcompatability (might not even have enhancement, $10 price hike on games, possibly no Fallout/Elder Scroll/Doom, no cool new features except maybe the hard drive. I’m not hating on the machine but I was pretty hyped after the press conference but then all this news starting coming out and now Demon’s Souls and God of War 2 are literally the only games coming out that I plan to buy on PS5. I’m picking up Miles Morales on PS4 since it’s cheaper and buying everything else of PC.

Xbox preorders starting at 8am PST tomorrow in the states. I’ll try to get one just to have in case I want one but I’m not going to try as hard as I had to for the PS5’s.
