I don’t even mean story plot wise, or what they had to ban, they literally fucked up on the quality of the cards, when the physical cards are so fucked out of each pack that players had to use proxies in tournaments.

I just read an IGN article that said that WWE 2K Battlegrounds won’t allow intergender matches in what is essentially a fighting game. That’s so weird and dumb. I know that’s been the policy in their weird simulation-y wrestling games for a while now, but with the wacky aesthetic I figured they’d finally let Stephanie beat her husband.

Ugh, this SFV fan costume contest is annoying me. People say shit like devs can’t make any good costumes or whatever, then the outfit that is in the lead by a long shot is a basic scantily clad outfit.

Anybody remember when Capcom did that Robot Master contest for Mega Man so fans could submit their designs and a chance for it to appear in the next MM game (I guess it was MM 6?)? Then some designs popped up in Nintendo Power and some were downright hideous?

Crazy to think that the Liu Kang/Reptile fight was added last minute (hence why Johnny literally fucking disappears for the whole thing) and Robin Shou got cracked ribs in the middle of it.

I’ve never seen that movie but it almost seems like MKX was based on the pacing and rhythm of that fight. Even the sound effects seem similar. I doubt it’s the case, but I felt like I was watching the game seeing that scene.
