They announced Micro-Transactions for it so I lost a lot of interest in it personally.
Really i need to see more of it. All that’s really been shown have been interviews whose soul job was to build hype. Haven’t seen any gameplay or anything for it yet.
Yeah that is quite a big turn off for me as well, my cousin seems hype about it but I don’t know just seems like it will flop personally.

Yeah but selling a game is a lot different than selling a good game unfortunately, they could say it has this and that but depending on how they execute it changes everything…

Hard to say now days how the game plays out just by a few clips sadly.
Bungie grooming it to be the next Halo franchise in terms of popularity and sales numbers however, they also said it’s geared towards younger audiences compared to Halo. Which makes perfect business sense, get’em hooked while they’re young. A lot of people especially on neogaf hating on it just because its made to appeal to all ages and be family friendly which is pretty stupid. I like the art but I don’t like MMo’s so I’ll take a wait and see approach as usual cautious optimism is the mode.
I really hope Destiny turns out to be different than Halo game play wise or at the very least not be as fundamentally flawed as Halo’s multiplayer is.
