No company brought exclusivity for the NBA or soccer. It’s how those two can have more than one game. I think the NHL also isn’t exclusive but 2K hasn’t release a new console game since 2K11

So I’m kinda hype because I just fixed my MK1 sound to work. I flipped over the sound board and there was clearly a trace that came up and burnt out. No clue how that happened or remember that from 14 years ago lol. So I just wired the 2 points instead.
Turned it on and heard the little MK “ting” sound and was like OH SHIT ITS WORKING!
Now I have to wire up a kick harness so that I can use the lower buttons and I’ll be in business! Going to do it during the WS game tonight.
Forgot how fucking cheap the AI in MK1 is. That shit isn’t even fair, even on very easy difficulty. It still pains me at how incredible the sound in MK1 (and MK2 and MK3) is and the new MK games have some of the worst sound ever.
I’ve always thought MK had pretty amazing presentation and still do but yea man the sound in the New games is sadly balls. His sound effects sound like they are being generated on a Sega Genesis, shit is weird.

Thats actually a pretty common and legit repair in the electronics repair world.
I love how simple a major issue can be fixed by adding a single strand of wire.
