Lawbreakers was so low on my radar, I forgot it was even a thing.

“Too WOKE”, More like a heavy sleeper that no one wanted to bother to wake up.

There nothing I saw in that game that was “WOKE”.

I don’t even remember there being any political buttons being pressed that were front and center with the game TBH. I def don’t remember anyone talking about it if it was a hot button so this stance is incredibly bizarre to me.

Hell…thinking about it Overwatch was and still is more woke than Lawbreakers could ever hope to be. They have a lesbian right there front and center repping the game on the cover. And that’s not even talking about other diversity choices.

I didn’t even hear about that game until the servers were shut down. No advertisements, no youtube recommends, absolutely nothing. Not sure what wokeness had to do with it, but seems like the game either wasn’t very good or had really bad advertising.

There wasn’t. The press around Lawbreakers was Cliffy B shitting on Overwatch and how he wanted to bring shooters back to how there were being arena based and full of edge. He didn’t evolve with the market.

Personally, I really enjoy the mysticism in Persona 2: Innocent Sin and (Scooby-Doo-like) Mystery Inc. Japan 4.

P.S. Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 is fun to play and fun to watch. However, I preferred seeing Injustice 2 in EVO lineup.
