I honestly expecting “PS5 enhanced” ports of all of the AAA gaming coming out this year. Nioh 2, CP2077, 7R, Last of Us 2, Ghost of Tsushima, Kakarot, Avengers, all of Ubi’s titles that were delayed at the tail end of last year…etc
All of which, if they do happen will undoubtedly have PS5 exclusive content.

Shovel Knight is an assist trophy. If THAT character can only make it in as an assist trophy then Sans ain’t making it. I’m def disappointed in Byleth’s announcement and think Ninty should have handled it better but the overactive real salt over this characters announcement is hyperbolic AF right now. Read an article that had the gall to call the entire season pass of characters into question over this. Really sir? We just gonna ignore the 4 other characters that got announced including one that probably SHOULDN’T of happened because of this?
AND there’s 6 more dlc characters coming. Need people to put things a bit into perspective here.

Gamers especially those on social media can act entitled as fuck. I myself was disappointed by the reveal, yet hyped for the 3 Houses DLC trailer. But some folk get dramatic for no reason my faves KOSMOS, Dante or whoever not getting in isn’t the end of the world or worth acting a fool.

Kinda weird we just had 4 major game delays, two of which now putting the release dates closer to the launch of nextgen consoles. I guess it’s to keep the games circulating in the news and since both PS5 and XBX will have backwards compatibility people will have some good shit to play on the brand new hardware?
Cuz when you look at the launch lineups of XB1 and PS4…they were rather weak, especially when it came to third party titles

Yeah truth is most console launches are usually pretty bare bones besides some experimental stuff, maybe cross generation ports and if they are smart one or two great games designed to be showcases.
The Switch is an anamoly in that due to indie support and Nintendo cutting bait on the Wii U a year or two beforehand.
I’m just gonna hold off on any upcoming releases atm, except for langrisser and cold steel 3 because I wanna get the collector’s edition for both of those.
