That would ve good because that would make for a pretty underwhelming final boss. Hes not hard lol.

Yea that post confused me to. Only Sekiro is like Tenchu if you ask me. I would never recommend Dark Souls as an alternative for someone looking for a Tenchu expirence.

This might sound cold, but I don’t have much sympathy for that. When I started playing it, SamShoVSp was so niche, it didn’t have an official port and there were a handful of people in a discord playing on shitty Fightcade. Fast forward a couple years, a lot of social media promoting & shilling from those of us playing the game, there was finally a PS4 port, tournaments at majors, etc. If people can’t get a community going for a new game on a current gen console, then 9/10 it means nobody wants to put the time into playing the game. Vsav still has a pretty active community with little to no support from Capcom in terms of ports. Crossplay is no substitute for community action.

Nobody is saying that crossplay substitutes an active community…? Just that crossplay helps fighting game communities stop being so segmented by platform. There’s virtually no reason not to have crossplay with these games.

imagine how much easier building a community would be with crossplay and backwards compatibility that stuff should be industry standard. there’s more to gain by removing barriers than keeping them. even if 1 out of 70 matches is ryu vs giant zangief or some wierd shit it would still be worth it for the bigger player pool.

This blows. The released seemed like such a sure fire thing that I took the week off work. Guess I’ll spend the week sitting around and masterbating instead.

Or just cancel, go to work and move the week off to the new release date?

Dunno if your work is that flexible or not tho…

The only time I’ve ever taken off work for a game is for the switch launch. And I was denied it off. Lol

I remember skipping school a lot to play games I had just got. But never skip school to buy a game.

I’ve never taken time off work for videogame anything. Sure played sick a few times for school as a kid, but as an adult I’d rather make money to buy more games then take time off to play what I just bought. I always found that a little strange but hey you do you, got nuthin against that.

I’ll take a day or two off if the game is important enough. But I also get paid staff leave, so that really helps lol. If I take time off for anything this year, it’ll probably just be RE3.

Pretty different to take time off and still get paid lol. Never had that luxury myself.

Most people get paid vacation…or so I thought

Thankfully this is one of the few perks of working at Walmart. They’re surprisingly generous with Paid Time Off. I can get a full work weeks (4 days in my case) in about a month and a half.
