So I was reading this and I was who the hell is nagi?! Looks like it’s the new character for this game “KOF for girls“ and I think I actually like his design lol better than Ash Crimson for sure. Snk should be smart and make him a boss in the next KOF XV or at least make him a Playable character “new face team” whatever

Bloodstained is really great, don’t sleep on that one. I’ve been thinking about picking up Dead Cells though after hearing @Million-X go on about how good it is.

Slain! is a really good game too, it’s just hard as balls and I’ll play it then say fuck it and stop playing it for awhile.
Gotta say, if the only Metroid games available on Nintendo’s newest console are the first two via emulation, and the series has been out 2+ years, the series isn’t in good shape.
I missed all the Prime series except Hunters, and i would love to see those ported to the Switch (along with Hunters, which was a really fun game) but until Nintendo ponies up, I’m gonna assume the worst.

Not that I know of, but it seems Iike a ton of them are pretty easy to find scattered around Google.
While on the topic of wanting series revived I want a new Parappa. VR has brought a resurgence in Rhythm games thanks to the success of Beat Saber. A new Parappa for next gen PSVR would be fucking great. Put them martial arts, driving and cooking skills to the test.

tenchu my fav thing was the ninja magic. sekiro’s ninpo was too lame even if the combat and bosses were great. its not tenchu.

Honestly. I hope the Q1 Direct we’re getting in likely mid January or Early February just comes out fucking swinging. All nintendo has done since 2017 is move up and forward blowing our minds at every turn.

Naw, I disagree. We don’t need annual games an shiz. It’s fine for their to be a gap between releases, especially when know the gap is due to pushed back current development. Metroid is in a fine enough spot right now.

The fact they scrapped it and started over is a good sign tho, even if it seems like a bad one.

I think Prime 4 will exceed everyone’s expectations imo. I mean, Nintendo did a video announcement saying Namco did such a bad job with handling Metroid Prime 4 they took them off the project, tossed the entire game in the garbage and brought in Retro Studios, who developed the first three Primes to handle it and starting over from square one.

man, I love that game so much I double-dipped… I play it on both the Switch and XB1 on a regular basis…more time has been spent on the Switch version though… up to 320 hours total at this point.
Today, I found the “Cursed Object” yet again… apparently this thing is extremely rare; this is only the 3rd time I’ve ever seen it in all this time spent playing the game…this time it was later in the Cavern area…and it was worth 35,000 or so gold on “very hard” 2-cell. That area is already loaded with tough enemies so I resisted the temptation this time. That amount still would not have given me enough gold to buy the extra health flask charge anyway—the flask charge was 88,000 gold.
The Giant is tough as hell, imo… I had great stats with 21 points in brutality/red, and S-rank weapons with good synergy (a torch and an oiled sword + Phaser teleport + Corrupted Power) and still couldn’t beat him. I was doing great damage but he just has SO much health it’s insane. It is also a nearly impossible fight anyway if you don’t have a shield. This time I had the “phaser” teleporting which helped surprisingly well in avoiding the rows of fireballs. (though teleporting behind either hand will make it so you fall into the lava or whatever it is on the edges) haha I’ve only ever defeated the Giant ONCE (and that was when I dropped down to Normal or regular “Hard” mode; I will probably NEVER beat him on Very Hard).
I’m also wanting to get Blasphemous soon.
