Yeah, the Pokemon Let’s Go games have co-op, but this… this is just so much better.

Billions? Yeah that definitely ain’t true lol. But I do get your point - games now a days are WWWAAAYYYY more complex than they were back in the day.

No way mang, devs and publishers aren’t nearly as militant as they were when it comes to testing games. Compare how many broken games we get on release compared to the PS2 era, even from AAA devs and publishers. It’s ridiculous dude, on console AND PC.

Early access and f2p games is even worse. The playerbase are the beta testers.

Add that since many games run on 3rd party engines, unless they are doing some exotic shit that wasnt part of it from the get go, most of the tests are considered just stuff of routine, so they dont go deeper with them.

EA released a game that bricked consoles. EA has all the money to playtest their games to hell and back, but they don’t because fuck it, they can patch it later. I cant think of any PS2 era title that would brick consoles.

That is just one of the many titles that had a broken release. Some games stay broken too, they don’t even get fixed. Theres this niche Xbone platformer that after a certain update to the console OS the game would refuse to boot up. It never got fixed.

I also cant say I’ve ever had a PS2 era title or earlier error out followed by booting me to the OS.

Bethesda doing what they do best… let’s laugh at them again… ah, I forgot I posted this issue already, but this is Yong’s vid on the situation

Meanwhile… on an actual good game… some awesome shit going on in Monster Hunter… :

Weapons that “awaken” and transform, bruh. My character is still a bit of a chump though and not that deep into it yet.

I spent a little bit of time with Wolcen the other day. The graphics, animations and overall gamefeel was amazing.

I believe this is the only game that has the potential to be able to hang with PoE and Diablo 4. My hopes for the title and hype levels are high for the January 30 release date.

The game has PoE2 and D4 level of animations and graphics right now, I just hope the game has a nice amount of depth and endgame. It has so, so much potential to be something great.

Man…just…just…Konami has to make another Gradius game just so Otomedius Excellent isn’t the last Gradius game to come out. Forgot how fucking BORING and stupidly easy this game is, and how…awful the visual design is. This is such a shitty way to “honor” Gradius.

Listen to how stupid the co-op is for example. The only lives that matter are player 1s. So if player 1 gets a game over (which won’t happen till at least loop 2) all 3 players get game over…wut?

Stupid game.

What makes you think they won’t?

Dunno if is his case, but some people missinterpreted Platinum passing the rest of the developement to the other studio as Cygames firing them or some dumb shit like that.

I was reading random threads online of people having a GPU fan rattle like me, and one guy said to push against the fans and turn in a clockwise motion.

I pushed against the fans without bothering to turn them in a clockwise motion, and each fan I pushed felt loosey goosey.

I boot up the same game that made my GPU hit 90 degrees yesterday, and it’s now topping off at 75 degrees. All weird fan noises are gone, but there is a bit of coil whine on occasion that comes and goes that wasn’t there before the DEATH RATTLE a few days ago.

  I can at least game on it for now until my new GPU comes in, but I’m keeping an eye on temps. CPU sits around 40-50ish, while the GPU tops off at 75.

I think I can sell it in good faith now. I will stress test it a bit before I do though. If it gets really hot or those stutter issues pop up like when I was playing Tekken I won’t sell it off. I can’t screw someone over, I’d feel too crappy about doing that to somebody.

EDIT: Nevermind. I got a bit over an hour of play, then I didn’t tab out to check the temps for a bit. 97 degrees dawg, exited the game I was playing instantly. :skull_and_crossbones: :poop: :broken_heart:

And with this I never want to hear anyone defend COD again.
