Dad of War, lol that sounds like a pretty awesome name for the new game.
Man I never thought I’d be excited to play a Zelda game but the gameplay .gifs I’m seeing are AWESOME! The art direction really grabs me and helps with certain aspects but man alive. The way the environment is being used is really cool, and makes it feel alive.

Excited as I could be for a Zelda game, that is to say not very much, but damn if the music from the trailer isn’t AMAZING.
Old coworker is mad and bewildered at me because I didn’t want to watch the 5+ hour tech demo of Zelda despite how much I say I love the series.
Cause I have way better things to do. Like not watch a 5 hour tech demo.

Game is about passing on knowledge to your child. One button is infact dedicated to the kid and is context sensitive. The entire game is done as like 1 large uninterrupted shot, there will be no load screens, no CG, no transitions. You have more control over the camera in comparison to past games. There will also be larger RPG system mechanics in the game that they will get into at a later date.

They confirmed non gear mode for tourney like everyone in here should have assumed because duh.They confirmed roolback netcode will carry over from MKXL.
And I like the idea of implementing outfits based on a loot system. That way I can mix and match pieces and get rid of parts of some costumes I hate. Instead of being stuck with whatever bullshit they give me like Alex’s costumes.
But the animations look so fucking smooth this time around. Grood fights so fluidly, love it.
Will there be co-op/online multiplayer in Zelda? Like when you summon amiibos such as Wolf Link can he be controlled by someone else? Hopefully there isn’t, I don’t want to be playing how I want as Nintendo Treehouse emphasized so often only to hear someone say I solved that puzzle like a scrub and that I should kill myself.
IGN asked Aonuma why Link was right handed and apparently his answer was…because you initiate attacks with your right hand on the gamepad
…OK…so first I’m gonna say that Link being right handed or left handed doesn’t really matter to me. I think it’s was a cool thing that he was generally left handed since I found that to be kind of a unique thing for him in a sea of characters that are predominantly right handed but it’s a really small miniscule thing. I will say that this answer is dumb as shit lol. I don’t even know where to begin so I’m not going too.
