That XBone show… wow. Only hype for Recore. Skybound was disappointing and Gears 4 is just Gears, didn’t see anything about it to get me excited. The system LFG feature would be dope if I played anything on it.
Just looking forward to the Sony conference at this point.

And the conference has begun.
Aaaaand they’re starting it out with Just Dance. They’re having a dance number…using Queen’s ‘Don’t Stop Me Now’. oh boy… Various people in costume at the moment…including a Giraffe, a Lion, and a Panda. And someone with a Butterfly guitar. I don’t even right now… Aisha Tyler: ‘You guys were confusing and awesome’ half right… Aisha putting out sympathies for the massacre that happened.
Sooo yeah if it isn’t apparrent yet at this point that Just Dance 2017 is coming to every platform including the NX.
Aisha’s mostly talking about how she’s hosted this for 5 years and how it’s Ubisoft’s 30th birthday. Girl Wood and all that. Getting paid in Red Wine and sarcasm.
And they’re gonna show Ghost Recon Wildlands now. Looks like a CG Trailer. Some people in a field farming, some drugs exchanging hands. Little bit of recon, stacks of money, man getting shot in the back and a body getting put in a trunk. Attractive chick looking in a trunk. All while some guy is talking over top of everything about destroying stuff in front of your eyes. Now there’s a car chase complete with helicopters. Aaand they crash after a Sniper shoots the car. These guys are probably in crit condition if they aren’t dead. Now they have a guy on stage to talk up the game about the mexican cartel taking over and turning bolivia into a narco state. You’re a ghost creating chaos and disrupting the corrupt government. 4 player co op. Large open world. Looks like they’re about to go into some gameplay footage. Guys are going to try to extract their target alive to get some intel out of them. They have one guy scoping out the area on the outskirts while there’s another guy already rolling in and taking out guys. ‘Let’s keep it stealthy’ fires pretty loudly into a dude Me: …? How in the hell was that stealthy? This world truly is wide. 4 people coming to a point from different directions. Constant communication between each other as they move closer in. They’re split into 2 man groups. Can coordinate taking out enemies so as not to cause a ruckus. Everything looks like it works fairly well. Now they’re deploying a drone that can scope out the area as well as spot enemies. Drone can pretty much go anywhere it seems. They’re just going through the place snapping necks and putting bullets into bodies. Now they’re getting close to their target all while covering different areas. The guy who was going in got spotted so now the whole camp has been alerted and it’s about to turn into a car chase. 1 person is on motorcycle in pursuit while the others are in a truck and one was in a camp. The guy who was left just grabbed a motor cycle and went in front a train to make it to the chopper that he left behind. They’re trying to take this guy out without killing him but he’s not giving up. Guy on the chopper is trying to make his way to help them he sees them on the road. The manage to get him to crash and stop him. Cartel forces were rolling in deep just as they loaded him into the chopper but they manage to get away. Very Nice! That’s the end of the gameplay. Game releasing March 7th 2017.
Moving onto the next game now. We’re moving on to South Park! And they made a trailer using Snowdrop…was kinda random lol. Trey Parker and Matt Stone are coming onto the stage. ‘What’s going on with the story in South Park?’ ‘We don’t know yet’ lol. So now Matt Stone and Trey Park are actually gonna try to talk about the game and now they’re showing the game. Pretty much looks like the previous game in terms of it looks JUST LIKE THE SHOW. Cartman being a dick to you in the beginning of this game. So they’re showing how you get to pick what type of super hero you are and then they turn it off right before they got any further than that. Gonna be different classes and what not. There’s a gay fish in south park…oh dear lord. And he likes fish sticks and you gotta help him get his mother into heaven. Don’t know if they’re being serious or not. K they’re going into more footage of the game. Now Cartman is trying to give you your backstory. So you’re he’s narrating your back story and it’s pretty funny. lmao ‘you don’t trust anyone because he saw his dad fuck his mom’ what in the hell lol. Now they’re showing how combat works. It’s a bit more tactical now since you aren’t stuck in one spot, you can move and you can also move your enemies and use the environment around the area. Apparently you can manipulate time. If you buy the new game you get the old game for free. If you preorder on the website you get it for free now. The game comes out Dec. 6th. Now they’re putting up a proper trailer. Lol They’re making fun of the Marvel movie universe phases lol.
Now we’re moving on to talking about The Division. Now they’re talking about the first expansion called the Underground. Will be out June 28th for Xbone and PC. And PS4 will get it later. Moving on to takling about Expansion II Survival. Looks like we’re gonna get a trailer of this. Helicopter crash. Talking about possibly finding a cure. Everything shown is CG. Guy broke into a store and was soon followed by some other people who started shooting at him. He tries to run and ends up getting caught. He ends up getting saved by other people in his unit.
Moving on to a VR gamed called Eagle Flight. It’s going to be on Oculus Rift. They are going to do a live PVP demo of this game and it’s a capture the flag game. Switching between people’s views of the game as they’re trying to get the prey back to the nest. I’m sure this game is more fun when you’re actually wearing the device…I mean it looks slightly interesting… Looks like you can shoot bursts of wind at each other to shoot each other down while trying to get the rabbit back to your nest. Oh it’s gonna be on the other VR platforms as well this fall.
Moving into the next game…another VR game. …Is this an actual Star Trek game? Well…they’re making a Star Trek VR game. They pulled Levar Burton Karl Urban, Jeri Ryan, and David Voty(misssed most of his last name) to market this game. Looks you have dif people controller the different aspects of the ship. Interesting stuff. It’s not super realistic but that’s fine. Star Trek Bridge Crew. Now they’ve pulled Levar Burton from the back and he’s on the stage now. Levar and Aisha talking about the game and how he had to work with others in order to complete the game. Veeeerry interesting…still not enough to get me to buy any VR stuff but I’m intrigued non the less. Coming to all VR systems.
Going to a different game now. Village is getting wrecked. Looks pretty apocalyptic. Earth split apart. and now this looks like a wasteland. I’m pretty sure this is For Honor. Yeah…gotta be…a viking, a samurai and a guy with a medieval guy meeting in his wasteland and trying to go in on each other. What was a 3 person stand off now has a war of people around them. The area now looks not as wasteland but more corpsey as they go back to a 3 person stand off. Looks like there may actually be a story to this game and it appears the antagonist is Apolean? (sp) And she’s a female. Jason Vanderberghe now takes the stage to talk about his game. Vanderberghe sounds like he’s really into his game at the moment. He sounds genuinely excited. We’re now about to get some actual gameplay footage now. Game is gonna have a singleplayer campaign and the Vikings are coming a shore. Game looks pretty nice so far. A more brutal and visceral Dynasty warriors in terms of the amount of people on screen. You’re not gonna just be shoving people aside. Weapons have weight, look like they kind of stick into people a bit. Looks like there’s some executions you can do on enemies that are a bit more difficult. Now they’re trying to breach the walls while avoiding objects thrown from the top while arrows are shot from the back. The smaller guys can be dispatched a bit easily. Going into a 1 on 1 with Samurai that controles the keep. Person looks like he’s having some trouble. Can break guards, shift your guard from the top right and left. Japanese guy got killed in the end though. Game comes out Feb. 14th 2017. Register for the For Honor Alpha that is coming soon on the website.
Moving onto a another game. Sequel to a previous smaller game called Go Home I believe. Little red robot called Bud flying and bouncing on stuff. Game is called Grow Up. Comes out in August on PS4, Xbone, and PC.
And now we’re moving on to something else…uh 2 peopel from the back just got some type of entrance and now they’re on the stage hugging in weird red and white stripes. Wasn’t sure what the heck was going on. The director of Trials and Far Cry Blood Dragon are making a game together. lmao. The trailer for this game is super late 80’s. Looks like Trials but …wow…it literally is Trials of the Blood Dragon. And apparently the game is gonna be out once the conference is done.
Well…looks like they’re bringing the director of the Assassin’s Creed movie on stage to talk about the movie. Just Aisha and the director talking about the movie right now. Looks like they’re gonna show some footage from the movie.
And now we’re moving into Watch Dogs 2. Trailer made to look like Dedsec just hacked a station where they talked about some political stuff. Camera pan out and it was a video on someone’s phone in the game and now the camera pans around the area until ti finds Markus. Game looks a lot like Grand Theft which isn’t a bad thing. Showing the different abilities of Markus as he hacked a car and made it drive off. Markus just met up with a fellow Dedsec member and now he’s flying a drone and collecting info about the people in a building. They’re trying to hack inside to find info on how one of the political candidates is cheating. He’s hacking the various cameras, listening in on conversations and, taking pictures. Now Markus is going in himself, using cover to sneak around and hacking to distract people. Can hack doors to open them. While this is going on he’s listening to music from his phone. Has a little RC Car device that he used to get to the place to hack without putting himself in immediate damage. Of course once he starts hacking it, they notice the car and all hell starts to break loose. Tasers a couple of people and hacks another car that was sitting in the penthouse and sends it flying out of the windows and he now makes his escape. End of the gameplay.
Yves Guilletmot now takes the stage. Because of Sony’s help with Watch Dogs they’re teaming up with Sony to make a Watch Dogs film. All Sony owners get Watch Dogs 2 preorder content a month before everyone else. And now they’re putting up another Watch Dogs 2 trailer. Watching markus switching between various vehicles and hacking. Very nice editing in this trailer. Preorder collector’s edition and you get a robot from the game.
Guilletmot is back out and now he’s talking about a new IP. ‘Trailer is made from in game footage’. His description of the game was interesting. People snow boarding, skiing, sky diving, and parachuting. Game is called Steep. Looks like a game where you share your stunts and crashes while doing the above activities. Eh…Some of the gameplay footage looked cool but it’s definitely not for me. Moving into some more direct gameplay footage now with someone parashooting down onto a mountain, where another player from the community is walking. World does look pretty nice though…so guy drops from the moutain and starts skydiving down the moutain with others. Looks pretty crazy. Somebody just wiped out lol. Sucks for him. Showing how the online looks playing from the game. Considering how Ubisoft is…I’m gonna assume that this game is gonna get hit with a downgrade before it gets released. All the lines that you make down the mountain can be replayed, camera seems to be pretty controllable. You can push it as a challenge to other people. Steep gets released this December.
