Getting my ass beat in Star Ocean’s post-game dungeon. The boss I’m stuck at has the same super as the main character’s. :looney: It’s full screen too so it’s unavoidable. I’m not sure if it’s a light element; one might think so just by looking at it, but it’s probably non-elemental.

Struck gold today. I got this game for 60€ complete in vg condition with all the manuals and so on.
Checked ebay and last time a “complete” example of the same game was sold , it went for 230€.

Have you messed with Synthesis at all? I’m thinking you can make some broken weapons and armor with it, but I don’t understand how it all works. I need to figure out how to make Resurrection Mist, that item is super valuable but I wasted the few I had on the other boss fights.

and about getting off the couch. VR requires you to use your mind AND body, it requires mental AND physical dexterity, you need to think with your head and move all your body (three explanations should be clear enough, no?)

ok so Disgaea is a bit weirder than i thought. i created a Cleric because they have proficiency in archery and i was seemingly given the choice of two girls so i went with the short haired one because she ad better stats for what i needed.

i remember renting the first game from my local blockbuster as kid.
i fell in love with this game almost immediately despite the copy they had up for rent was the japanese cart.
never knew it came to the west till much later and finally got to complete it about 5/6 years ago.
the game didn’t lose the impacto it made on after all these years and loved every bit of it.

the second game known as goemons great adventure in the US however i owned since it came out.
one of the best games on the n64 and has to be one of the games i played the most.
i strongly implore you to play it with someone to the very end.
the music is just amazing.
