Predictably underwhelmed by Birdie, was surprised to see Cammy look so similar. So far just a couple of different properties to moves but same ole spiral arrow shit different coat of paint.
I did snatch several newsletters as I said, but unfortunately they probably were still jizzing after Sony’s conference to add images or info from them… they will on Day 2 and 3’s though
But as much as I want to sell my dust collector and buy a Wii U, I can’t justify that for Splatoon and Smash Bros alone. Really sucks that Starfox isn’t as impressive as I hoped and the new Metroid is on the 3DS.
So hopefully a Splatoon sequel comes to the NX while I get a PS4 waiting for it.
It can literally be nothing but Left 4 Dead 3. Things are being completed and trilogies are ending. I’m not asking for Half Life 3, but Left 4 Dead 3 isn’t a stretch since we know it’s being worked on.
Haven’t watched any E3 footage yet because I forgot about it, but will watch through the archives for a bit.
Can’t say I’m as amped over as many games (Shenmue 3, FF7, TLG) as you guys are because I haven’t played the predecessors, but no one can tell me it’s not a great time to be a gamer.
So much shit I’m still trying to play from 2-3 generations ago that I missed out on, and yet there’s a bunch of stuff over the horizon that looks good.
Some guys get caught up in the whole “who won?” thing but do consumers really lose? Not when you have the choice to buy what you want and play what you want.
Nintendo’s showing was pretty terrible. Let’s be honest. The puppet thing was actually pretty cute/fun/funny but ultimately they were showing off a huge lineup of games that…
Are probably going to be pretty good, but nothing particularly mindblowing.
Probably aren’t what you were looking forward to.
No new Metroid, no new Zelda, no new Pokemon.
It wasn’t as bad as it could have been, sure, but that was still a bad outing for Nintendo by every metric. It’s not just that Microsoft and Sony put out some of their best conferences in years.
