Sony’s gonna be hard pressed to top 360 backwards compatibility. PS3 and PS4 have wildly different architectures. It’ll probably be easier to run 360 games on PS4 than PS3 games.

Rise of the Tomb Raider with the notable “Holiday 2015” label as an exclusive. I guess we know for how long it’s going to be exclusive then. Who wants to bet on a “Definitive Edition” being announced at PSX this December?

On a related note, that playable demo felt kinda too scripted. Wish they showed a more open level.

Gamespot reporting that MS reps said every retail disc and digital XBLA title will “eventually” work natively with the X1, so they may have a bunch ready then update as they go along.

Yes. I for one, want all my XBLA fighters and games back more than anything else. And now I can stream them from my console and use the other features.

And not everyone has bought a next gen system, BC will be a huge selling point for people that are holding out on the PS4/X1 because lack of game lineups and they don’t wanna dump their last gen collection.

even worse it’s going to be through emulation I really doubt it’s going to be accurate, PS3 was hardware based and still had problems.
