Minor thing…It seems to be raining sometimes indoors in this game. I walked into Wayne Enterprises to talk to Lucious Fox and the whole damn place was flooded. I’d ask how the hell was Batman able to look up anything on the computer but I’m gonna just chalk it up to him being prepared for a monsoon in his office.

Saving vs. selling— I haven’t sold a game or console in several years… I’d rather keep everything. Besides, selling your stuff to Gamestop (what the average gamer that sells his/her stuff probably does) is the worst deal. They probably still just give you something ridiculous like 10 dollars for something you bought 2 days ago, right? (*then they’d turn around and sell that as used for 5 or 6 bucks below the standard new price)
PROTOTYPE --nah, the old game was not ugly to me, man. It still puzzles me why gamers thought that… we passed the point of “ugly” games being a common thing several generations ago, and Prototype legitimately looked great, imo… sure it wasn’t necessarily on the level with a Bioshock or a Crysis or whatever…but for all the chaos that was going on most of the time, the world was quite detailed and worked for what they were presenting. Dead bodies stayed where they were just about all the time, if I recall…like you could go to one end of the city and come back…and that same corpse would still be in the same spot you saw it last time. There was also more people on screen at once than I’ve ever seen in a “free-roam” kind of game like that at the time. It really did look like a chaotic city situation, with people running in fear as mutated monsters were on the lose with the military trying to control the situation…heh, awesome stuff.
I thought that Prototype looked the way it did because it would have taken a LOT of processing power to have an entire city of NPCs composed with as many pixels as Mercer. You can literally take on any human’s form, so I assumed they were compensating the potential issue by just having the main character as low-res as the NPC “dummies” that surround him.
Just a hunch.
Presentation was kinda shoddy and the story wasn’t cohesive IMO. I hated having to fight off both the SWAT team and a gang of creatures that look the physical embodiment of herpes.
Million you can’t tell me with a straight face that this game looked good on 360 lol, like I said I understand the scope of all the crazy shit on screen came at the expense of detailed textures, but it wouldn’t hurt to make the game look less like an OG xbox game lol. According to youtube search there are graphics mods for PC that’s cool, really hope the remastered rumor is true imagine how glorious all that carnage would look today.

Story used the memories of others you absorbed it was a really innovative idea, execution was okay, I really liked the story you play as the most evil and fucked up protagonist ever lol. Man Prototype 1 was one ofthe best games late generation by far, as far as 3d action games go I had just as much if not more fun with it than any DMC, God of War, or Ninja Gaiden, now I need to resist the temptation to buy the sequel on PC since I have a huge backlog and I’m broke lol.
I’ve kept pretty much every system and game save for probably 4-5 of games that I know I’d never feel the need to play again. The only thing that kinda sucks is that I’m sure my NES is kaput. I tried using it about 10 years ago and it seemed no amount of blowing would get a cartridge to work in it again.
I still have all my consoles, the only ones that i don’t have anymore are my GBA, my Dreamcas and my SNES because they were stolen 
I even have my atari 2600 and my pong, and the motherfuckes work to this day.
While playing Arkham Knight I’m surprised at all the references to Origins in the game. Since This Rocksteady didn’t develop it I expected them to skip over it. Boy was I wrong.

Personally, I’d rather have as many games as I can on one system. That way, I can give my old systems to someone else who could enjoy them, rather than needlessly cluttering my house.

I really love the way how the implemented SPOILER CHARACTER in this game as Batman runs around Gotham. It’s been a pleasant surprise and pretty entertaining.
Yeah I wish 3DS and PSV were combined, I only bought a PSV because 3DS isn’t powerful enough to run most of the good indies. Speaking of indies one of my most anticipated games of the year Rain World is coming along nicely there’s some new footage
