I pre-ordered it from them. Pre-orders were closed everywhere except VGC, so I pre-ordered from VGC. VGC pre-orders stayed open way longer than any other vendor so I was skeptical to say the least. Tornadoflame a SRK boardie posted that amazon re-opened PS3 TE pre-orders so I jumped on it. I kept both orders open and was deciding to keep one or both, also seeing who could deliver it first. Amazon went on backorder but they still came through 2 weeks after launch. Soon as UPS delivered my TE stick from Amazon I got on the phone and canceled VGC.
This sums it up all right here!

just got my stick sonn!!! freakin fast shipping, i ordered it 1 am friday morning, guy shipped it the same day that afternoon, and i Just got it today factory sealed and everything. I was cheezin’ up to the sky when i got it woooo(ignore the timestamp) i forgot to adjust it. :rock:

See the thing is know one in this room could even act like VGC because we are not a business like VGC #1 …#2 Not one preson in this room took people pre-orders … #3 And if someone wants to sell privately that’s there choice. #4 Also I never promised any body anything like VGC did. It still doesn’t change the fact that they don’t have good customer service though. The guy I talked to insisted to tack on 5% restocking fee even though they didn’t have my order yet and I politely and reasonably argued against it only to have him throw a response back at me with an attitude.
Would you have said the same though if you had a preorder from Capcom because they just started shipping theirs out too recently from way back when.

Well, if the business handled it right the first time no I would be fine with waiting to be honest. But if Capcom lets say did what VGC did I would feel the same way I do right now .I just feel that video game central could have been a little bit clearer to its customers without sounding like liars and also showing that video of all the TE Sticks in the back ground kinda fueled the fire alot dont you think lol .
Capcom wouldn’t be Capcom if they did business like VGC. They wouldn’t have made it as far as having a logo if they were anything like VGC. They still suck and don’t buy from them.
