i would say we are inching are way to another world series, 5 world series in LA, 1 in Brooklyn and a ton of Hall of Fame players. I would say the Dodgers are very much a 1st rate organization, unlike the Florida Marlins the Dodgers are inching there way to a World Series. Everyone wrote the Dodgers off as not getting anywhere this year? were are we now! 1st Place in the NL West. oh and lets not forget when was the last time the marlins were even in the playoffs? the Dodgers have gone twice in 2 years and both times to the NLCS

1st place is nice, but its far from over. Even if the Dodgers make it into the playoffs they have to prove to beat the Phillies, who are most likely going to be waiting for us at one of the rounds. The blue have failed 2 years in a row…and the team is even weaker now than last.
I wouldn’t call this a 1st rate organization, Frank McCourt has really messed up this team. What happened to the once juggernaut farm system or the pioneers of international talent? the dodgers have done jack shit in the draft and have in FACT spent the dead last in the majors for player development. The farm is becoming a black hole as our talent shrinks, matures, and are ready to sign at organizations who can afford them
