about having a tourny this month, i would lie to do a local one with ALL our dudes and maybe some snc dudes to keep it around 16-25, but id like to know if you guys are interested and wanna know if youd go. so post up letting me know if you would go since i need the local support the most.
well i was actually talking about those small, no prize, tournaments we’d have at each session. not an HDS kind of tournament
I agree with Damien. I liked the mini tournaments we used to have every session. Although, I would of course show up to a tournament if we had one.
im not referring to your post damien, and those tournaments were a waste and took a lot of time away from casuals.

yeah it does take time away from casuals but its a good way to see how much better youve gotten IMO. not saying we should have 2 or 3 every session but i think one every once in a while would be a cool change of pace 
and if you do another “real” tournament, im in. didnt go to HDS2 so im overdue

Only 3 setups, if less people show up only 2. Every station is 2 out 3 matches, not play until you feel like it. I want everyone to play everyone. As for casual tournaments like we used to do, that’s a definite NO!!! takes a lot of time from casuals. If Felix wants to do it at his casuals then cool. His house his rules. But at my house we doing it my way.
As for a HDS tournament at the end of the month. Elvis your in charge of that and you know I’m always down. Just make sure you post results next time. I still didn’t get a reason why the last tournament there were no results. If you post a tournament on srk, I’m sure everyone who knew about the tournament wanted to know the results.

Another thing is make sure you play everybody. Though this is my fault, I didn’t play against Euro when it would be good to understand how to fight Honda.
I’ll switch chars for matchup requests, depending on the char I’ll attempt to throw everything I can at you for the sake of matchup knowledge. Until then, I’m all Juri.
IDK what day the next session will be at my place but it’s looking like Thursday.
As for the mini tournies I’m not too sure on them. Actually we should take a vote the day of and the majority wins. But I don’t wanna hear,“I don’t care.” either say yes or no when asked lol
I agree with Jaron. Whenever you guys sit down to play someone, don’t be afraid to ask them to pick a certain character if you know they play him or her. Let’s try to understand all matchups. I know play styles will be different but at least you will see the moves. Jaron, Elvis, brentt know how to play cuite a few characters so ask them to play a certain character if you want to learn the matchup.
And as far as casual tournaments at casuals, it’s still a NO at my house.
I’m always here to help. And as far as the casual tournaments, I understand and agree that they do take a lot of time out of casuals, but if we had time to tell the story then I’m sure we could have found time for the tournament as well, if the majority votes it of course, unless Juan just out right bans them. I mean, Bracket Buddy is feeling lonely. We were overdoing it by having one EVERY session, but that doesn’t mean that we should just stop doing them completely either.

i think having a tournament should depend on having 16 people there.
since its rare that itll happen that should work, so it dont come up too often.
