I’ll have to let everyone know what time until Friday cause u never know what time I get out. Last week was TOOOOOO perfect and I got out early. I’m shooting for launch party part 2 to start 8-9pm. Finally, something happening in the inland empire. Can I get in on this? I live here in Barstow and I’d like the opportunity to use this as a learning experience. I completly skipped SF4. Bought it on release day and returned it 4 days later. Didn’t like it at all. However with the release of SSF4, I’m ready to give it another try since it’s been rebalanced and they added more characters. I’m a fast learner and I’m no stranger to fighting games, SF4 just wasn’t for me at the time. Now that I’ll actually have the chance to play with people and not deal with online lag, I can start to enjoy this game.

well, im up for tomorrow’s session but if it starts at 8 or 9 idk. id have to leave at like 11 or 12 so it doesnt seem like itd be worth bothering anyone for a ride to only play a few hours =/. idk though.
adon has sooo many bad match-ups. gonna take some time to get decent with him.
I’m gonna have to correct you there. Adon seems like one of the chars with very few bad matchups. Most fireball chars you can punish with U1, U2 for every1 else if they jump or you FADC.
Knee is a solid anti-air. Tooth can be a mindgame, a high priority move that puts you on top of the opponent, or a retreat tactic. Just learn all of your pokes, he’s really solid.
Word on the street is we’ll have Kim Kardashian and Megan Fox stripping for us.

It’s 530 and I barely got out of work. By time I get to my dads and eat, I’ll be getting to the high desert hopefully by 9pm. I’ll shoot everyone a text when I leave LA. So you all have an idea when I get to my house.
Anyone with a dp can counter Adon’s tooth. And grapplers give him loads of trouble. T.Hawk counters all his moves on block with his 360 (except ultras ofcourse). Zangief shits on him with lariat (which stops tooth) and 360s. And then there’s the shotos =_=. His tooth is only anti-fireball if you do it on reaction ASAP. I like him alot and won’t give him up or anything, but he has shit match-ups.
I will say that his tooth is an awesome mind-game tool though and probably wins me most of my matches, but if you’re using a character without a dp, just neutral jump at the right time and it quickly becomes semi-useless.
ultra 2: Very nice.
ultra 1: Don’t use it on missed dps or ultras lol. You’ll miss if you’re too close. Good for fireballs though, as Jaron said.

You need to play tons of mind games with Adon to be successful! if he becomes downloaded, he is to limited and would get stuffed quite easy by a lot of the cast. Ultra II is his best Ultra, since he can FADC from his DP into it. Adon seems like a character you have to work hard to get wins with, if your opponent has some what of an idea when to block and punish. Regardless, the game is not horribly unbalanced. You can win with just about anyone, including Dan Hibiki now. 
Well, yeah I get that you have to mind-game your opponent with Adon, but i don’t think mind games should be included when deciding good and bad match-ups. Any character can mind-game, be it by tooth or back dashing, etc. In a few months (or less) everyone’s gonna know his game and he’ll become even harder to play effectively (more so than learning a Ryu’s game, or Sagat anyway). I REALLY don’t like that about him. He kind of sucks because of that lol.
As for Balance, me no likey Juri & T. Hawk! lol Best new chars IMO… Dudley too I guess. Still ain’t faced a Dudley online though o_O
