Gameplay changing elements as a concurrent dlc, and not a new version of the game, are dumb. All of that stuff will be banned in tourney play at least… Right?

nah, if you gotta pay for perks n shit then it probably wont even get played in tournament.
too much of a hassle, that or tourny play will just be whats on the disc
