The new arcade is Gameworld (same one you’re thinking). They are opening their new store with an arcade on the side. I called and today is the last day the old store is open and the new one opens on Friday. They said that for the first week or two they will be open their normal hours, but after that they should have extended hours for the arcade once they get settled in. The address is 5620 W. Charelston (by decatur & charelston I believe).

its not a matter of financial prospect with their new location and your proposed location. it’s what they can afford.
edit: just called up a friend who works at gameworld. the new place is closer to jones & charleston, but thats not an issue as everyone has the address anyway. he tells me hes getting a lot of the cabs from gameland (card store/arcade networking does wonders apparently) and planning to set up about 10 32" TV’s for byoc set-ups. this is definitely good news for the community that i love so much and am so apart of :wasted:
ill probably be there before work around 11 on friday when they open to check it out.

arcade’s are pretty dead, and those games are stale. i’d always prefer heading to go if I ever feel like playing casuals. only place to be imo.
