Is there a section about preasureing an oponent when you get the knockdown. Mainly how to deal with backdashers?

Thanks for the help sir, I hardly get Cr.HP or LK ST to work much. It either doesn’t hit, or trades in their favor. But I’ll start experimenting with these in future matches and see what works for me the best, I appreciate it.
Think I will hit up the match-up thread and see what the community came up with for fucking up Balrog.
Cr.Hp is best used after retarded jump ins from afar, or you can dash back from a close jump in and hit them with it
I have the most sucess with lk ST against people with floaty jump-ins like chun and other vegas
stand by your ex bar at all times during this matchup and counter poke. st.hk is your friend in this matchup
remember basic stuff about the matchup though, like his 3 frame jab , options after TAP and the fact that low meaties beat headbutt etc
I pretty much stuck to St. FK to stuff ex dashes, St. MK for poking, and being patient to hit confirm Cr. MP/MK into EX FBA.
Still, once he has ultra he just needs to get one jab in to start the train of death, then I am cornered and got my work cut out for me. Just a rather annoying fight but thank you for the advice once again.

3 frame cr.lp or 3 frame cr.lk.
I say cr.lk. It makes oppenents block low. Its faster than cr.mk. Should link to cr.lp. When opponents block low they crouch tech making it easier to grab. Creates a better high low mix up with out Cosmic Heel. Makes PoM more usable.
Shout outs to Kouryuu for suggesting this. Mad ideas and would be a godlike buff. I personally would prefer this over 6 frame cr.mk.

If I recall, you have to hit the punch button with the stick in a neutral position, I’ll verify that later today, but it should be a starting point. @_@
^ Line up right over them and like GafScale said hit punch with the stick in neutral.

there is no timing. You could wait last minuter and just as your above their head you go behind them. And as for your combo, it whiff on a lot of people. Like crouching Ryu after max range blocked sweep.
Did you guys also know that you do a EX FBA combo and drop it against someone like Wiyyu Dhalsim Rose or Juri who can duck under it, if you do a late EX Claw swipe you will hit them out of if?
cr.lp, no question about it. Making cr.lp into 2f links = too godlike. I’d take that over a 3f low attack that only links on counterhit any day.
