you can use jump forward/neutral jump into j.hp against the very biggest characters as well. it’s even more punishable, but the reward is higher.
Is that I or L? I’m guessing it’s L for light ASE; try to use the full notation (LP) to make it more clear plox.
L. l, m, h before specials like s, c, j before normals. LP becomes redundant, we already know it’s light and already know what buttons to press.
mmmmm c.HP in clawless so good… too bad it doesn’t CC anymore. Would have actually have a useful CC.
It’s not going to be apparent to people who are new to Vega.
Also, you have a problem with crouching hard. That’s “ch” which also means counter-hit. That’s why we still use full button notation.

Seems like we have to stick to the ground most of the time vs Ryu and Ken. Even at 2 character spacing away and Vega jumps in when they fireball, they will recover fast enough to srk Vega before Vega can hit them with any air attack.
… what are you going on about? Stop this non-sense.
You have to react extremely fast, pretty much at the point you’re trying to predict it, or use another tool like MT. Can be harder online.

Thanks for the tip :3
Another question, how does vega stop opponents from neutral jumping and doing their nj.mk or nj.hk.

Hey guys question,
What is Vega after medium rolling crystal flash on hit?
0? Plus or negative?

So is it negative or positive?
it is negative -2 on hit, on block it’s -7

negative negative 2? So it’s +2 then?
Btw gilley’s frame data is wrong, it’s definitely positive at the very least. Can test it yourself.

Mk roll is +2 on hit, -7 on block. Lk roll is +0 on hit, -6 on block.
Lol who has the prima guide cuz my FAT app says it’s 0 on hit. And I’m pretty sure light roll is plus 2 on hit as well you can cr lp for a frame trap.

From the thread below that has the prima guide frame data
imson Terror
LK - 8 | 2/5 | 10 | 0 | -6
MK - 17 | 2/2/5 | 12 | 2 | -7
HK - 19 | 4/3/3/5 | 14 | KD | -8
EX - 16 | 5/3/3/3/5 | 10 | KD | -2 – (Frames 1-84 are projectile invincible)
Matches what’s in the v frames app as well
@Moonchilde, about the special move strength notations. Sure, we know what button is used for a light Aurora Spin Edge, but new people that are just trying out Vega may be confused. Also, old school people that use the old SF notations of jab, strong, etc. can still easily read LP ASE as jab ASE.
At the very least, maybe capitalize your button strength notations. A few pages back, I saw one user here quote you on l.ASE as “i.ASE.” Lol, instant ASE? That would be cool.
I’m not being picky, just sayin’.
