Only when you have a tenraiha button.
Tenraiha’s so easy you don’t even need a button for it. I do c.LK -> Tenraiha practically on accident it’s so easy. And getting c.LK c.MP -> Tenraiha isn’t exactly difficult either.
Now if I could do c.HP -> LI then I’d be in business. For some reason it’s way harder than any of the other cmd supers. 
You know what helps in doing C.HP XX Luminous Illusion, is using directional shortcuts. When I say that, I’m not talking about macros, but like, you don’t have to tap towards to make the super come out; you can use any input that contains ‘towards’.
So, instead of doing:
C.Hp, Lp -> Lp -> Towards -> Lk -> Hp, you can do
C.Hp (keep holding down), Lp -> Lp -> (Shift from down to down+towards) - Lk -> Hp.
If you do it that way, the hardest part of the command isn’t getting the whole thing out in such a short window of time; instead, it’ll just be how fast you can double tap LP (and since I’m sure you play on a stick, it’ll probably be way easier for you than me).
This shortcut makes a lot of command supers a million times easier to do. You can pretty much do Talbain’s Moment Slice in one fluid motion with this cheat. If you play 3S, this also makes True Kara Demon SOOOO easy to do.
Yeah I knew about that because of Gallon’s Moment Slice.
:d: c.LP c.MP :df: c.LK c.MK is how I do his c.LK -> Moment Slice.
And I kara LK~HK into MP to do c.LK, c.MP -> Tenraiha. It just skips the HK.
But occasionally I end up kara’ing the first three inputs like LK~HK~MP so fast that I accidentally get c.LK -> Tenraiha.
But for some reason my hands don’t want to do the LI fast enough. Or rather I can’t kara from LP to LP to HP very easily, my hands just don’t want to do it.
In theory the fastest c.HP -> LI would be:
c.HP~(c.LP, c.LP~:df:~LK~HP) all smooth sliding inputs like a rollcancel/karacancel. But while I have zero trouble with any cmd input, I still suck at DI/LI.
I can’t even do system basics ATM, so I’m stuck playing Felicia lol
Otherwise I’d be practicing Lilith and Bulleta
Bulleta’s not really complicated. The hardest thing she has is her 2F link from a neutral dash MP. Her GC is kinda bad though so knowing how to pushblock/techhit is handy.
And learn her j.MP j.MK j.MK option select.

No, I don’t do full screen Dancing Flash as often as I did it before. Mostly to punish those people who get complacent with fireball throwing at 3/4 to 1/2 screen. That’s like, the only application I can see for it. I’ve been trying with felicia to get her low jab, low strong link into ES Rolling Buckler. Magman wasn’t kidding when he said the timing was strict.
c.LP to c.MP is a 2F link.
c.LP-c.LP to c.MP is a 4F link but only combos to dp+LP and only if you link the mp fast enough (making the bigger window kind of a moot point).
I did some research on her framedata regarding her dash attacks. Her d.MP and d.MK give a lot more hitstun than d.HP or d.HK. Also her landing pose is about 7F but the pose itself is special/super cancelable which is why going right from a dash attack to ES/EX roll is easier than dash attack into c.LP link. Of course it’s easier to hitconfirm the link but w/e.
