Homie, you must’ve been too drunk, but SC4 was at EVO 2009. I think you were passed out in the closet. The other SC have also been at EVO, not sure which years or which ones. Lots of peeps think SC2 was the “best of the series.”

The MK news is making my head explode. This is going to be the longest 3 weeks ever. Luan, if this comes to torrents, or anyone else for that matter, make me a copy. I will pay for your DL disc and make you a ribeye at next casuals I host.

I really hate seeing DLC so quick after a game launch. But Kintaro, Scarlett, and Kenshi are a must buy. Netherrealm studios is going to be milking me for more than the 60 bucks. And they will be getting it.

The Kintaro thing was a misunderstanding. Sounds like he isn’t going to be dlc / playable, but we’ll see. They need to announce Rain already. I really don’t mind the dlc. There is already 27 characters shown on the selection screen, tons of single player content, the krypt etc. It’s obvious they didn’t hold back just to release characters as DLC. Only time I get really annoyed is when the shit is already on the disc and you just buy an unlock code.

I’m also really interested in Smoke. Want to see what they did with him to make him unique. Probably most interested in playing him right now.

Bah, Shang Tsung doesn’t count. He may have been a boss, but he’s not a boss in the “Goro” way: a big unstoppable monster. Those kind of MK characters have never been playable/tourney legal in any MK thus far.

Hopefully, MK9 is the first to change that.

I main yoshi and Amy, I actually retired from sc before a single major happened in four. The side tournament at evo the year it came out was the last time I played seriously.
