I don’t know what Wallace currently has set up, but I know he plays on a PS3, so I would definitely bring an XBOX so you can use your sticks. He does have a couple of really nice sticks for his PS3 though.
We’ve got two TVs up here, and a PS3, so if anyone wants to bring another console, that’s cool.
We’ve also got plenty of room for more setups should anyone care to bring TVs.
Looks like we’re going to be out here pretty late, too, so there will be many matches had.
Wall just wants to add to that, if you bring systems, we need game discs too. Kind of a given, but we didn’t want any software snafu going on…I’m sure you understand.

It’s a me, the guy that hadn’t posted before and was rocking Honda. Had a great time, hoping to make it more. It was definently a learning experience, that I’m eager to expand on.
Fun non tournament related news, lizard lick is packing up the orders for the date before the one I ordered on. Will I be building my custom stick soon? Lets hope
Shit. We were hoping you’d see the thread in time, Ernie. What I can say is that we’re expecting some 40 people for the next ranbat, and I’m going to try and set things up so I can beast out the trip and still get into work in time that night.

The get-together last night went better than I could have imagined. I played like shit because I was tired, but it was just nice getting out there and meeting up with a bunch of the SLC players finally, and I do feel I at least hinted at what my Akuma is capable of (I was just way too careless at times). I haven’t had the chance to check and see if what little footage I managed to record (entirely my fault, since we had a machine running VF5 that I just couldn’t stay away from) turned out well, but I’ll do that later today.
For anyone I didn’t get the chance to properly introduce myself to, I was the big long-haired guy wearing Tapout and just kinda wandering around watching matches for the most part. It was a lot of fun just being there, meeting up with the new players that SFIV brought into the scene, catching up with some old friends that I hadn’t seen in years, and just experiencing all the Street Fighter that was going on around me.
Andy, good shit, bro. I’ve spent eight years believing that Utah was capable of this, and bringing players into the fold any time they turn up. I attribute the current state of the scene to three things: The solidarity of the old guard to see itself through to this point, the overall boom caused by Street Fighter IV to bring in new players, and the organization and unity that’s keeping these new players together. You’ve been essential to that progress, and I thank you for that. This has all been a long time coming.
