Is there anybody here who feels comfortable dual modding a stick? I have a 360 TE preordered but it looks like PS3 is heading to be standard.
Hosting tournaments at that LAN center is a great idea, has the owner said how much of the pot he would want? Would we even do a pot? I’d like to hear more input about this idea.
I can’t really make it out to Utah County because unemployment + tution = no car. Maybe it would be possible to pool with some of the SLC guys? I’ll help with gas money of course.
Yeah, I’m going to try and find a way to dual mod the 360 TE too. A guy at my work place deals with a lot of arcade stuff, so I might ask him to help me solder and all that.
And yeah, we really need to get this SF IV stuff started. I e-mailed ugly duckling if he’s actually doing it.

I have a custom xbox360 stick I can play on and I have a copy of SF anniversary for xbox, but it sucks on a 360, it’s slower than arcade and slower than ggpo. seems off to me. Nah, I live at home with my rents and sister, I got a fairly big room with 46" HDTV (Sony Grand Wega lcd projector), you’re welcome to come over and play if you want, or I’ll go to you, whatever. I’ve been playing 3s for about 4 months and I’m ok at it. I play on GGPO all the time. That’s really all the competition I’ve ever seen though. I kinda dislike playing 3s on my 360 because it’s noticeably slower than GGPO, i think it’s because the 360 has to Emulate it to play it and the button inputs don’t seem right…
If all else fails we can meet up on GGPO. I gave my phone number in the previous post, you should text me your name and number and who you are on here. haha. Peace.

Tomorrow, huh. Looking at my schedule tomorrow, I might have something planned (I guess I shouldn’t have included Thursday in that last post). I actually meant Friday and Saturday. So I don’t think I could actually make it that day. Plus I take trax to the U. I don’t know how far you are either.

If you are playing on ps3, why don’t you just use the ps3 pad, it’s the same thing almost.

There are no ps2 to 360 adapters that are good. I do have a SFIV pad I bought 3 days ago that is amazing, next best thing to a real stick. The padis even better than the Sega Saturn pad.

I heard the TE sticks aren’t even coming out until Friday. Let’s hope that isn’t true.
