Using the stock PS4 TE2+ PCB in a Xbox 360 TE Round 1 stick - Playstation button

Hi all,

I have a left over ps4 TE2+ pcb after upgrade to a brook board and would now like to use it in my old 360 TE round 1 stick. Is there a way to use the TE2+ pcb without the playstation button on a PS4?

If not could somebody confirm which points on the photos I need to connect if I want to use the current xbox button in the TE round 1 stick as the playstation button. Would XGuild on the TE1 turbo panel to K_PS on the TE2+ pcb be correct along with GND to GND? Do I need power to the turbo panel?

Alternatively can I just wire one of the extra sanwa buttons in the TE1 to the K_PS and GND on the TE2+ pcb.

XGUILD and GND is all you need, I believe.

Yup x guild to k-ps and gnd to gnd. Don’t need to power the 360 panel as it only uses power for lighting up the leds.
Now if it was a ps3 home panel then that would be a different story.

If you want touch pad you could wire that up to turbo.

Excellent, thank you both for confirming.
