You nailed it, dude!! So good I had to take time from inhaling all the SFV news to download IMMEDIATELY. :stuck_out_tongue: Incredible!

It’s …it’s …it’s amazing.!!!

Jaw dropping!!!

Thanks guys, I appreciate it
Also for those interested here is a summary of the USFIV authoring tools and their uses - I thought that could come in handy sometimes.

Just a heads up, I edited the mod to include a visual fix for the SSS effect on the arms, which now look much sharper. Make sure that the Readme file in the zip says v1.1 (it’s barely visible in the video anyways, so no big deal  )

@PFunk, what’s your next project? Any plans for a Sean, Remy or Q mod? Or maybe the Paper bag head character in your avatar pic. Lol

@MaesterWar I was actually thinking about doing Sean a while back, but the Ryu recolor mod looks already very close … So I am thinking Necro, and then maybe Q and Remy indeed  Using Guile for Remy of course … and maybe Dudley or Seth for Q ? But that’s for later anyway, I need to get back to real work now

I had to log in to say that’s the best mod I have ever seen in the history of SF4 modding.

I dare someone to show me better. It’s to the point where I think he used to work for Capcom.

Good god man…I’m going to learn Abel now…why not…I have to…I can’t let this mod go to waste…this is classic…

Edit: Damn double post SRK was screwing up earlier

Double post >_>

I gotta agree with trife. Nothing tops made from scratch. It was just taken to a different plane of modding reality. Pfunk is a reality warper. Him and Kraga Phan. Khaled and BrutalAce are the Elder gods.
Ahhh real work, got to pay those bills.

I do a lot of touch up work on my mods after the initial releases and this was meant to be a part of the original Warframe Excalibur Guy release but the model was what I like to call an ā€œIā€ pose so I had to edit it as best as I could myself. It’s no Alex, but I know there are a few Warframe fans out there.

These seem to fit the Guy body very well - Warframe sure has an interesting art style !
And thanks for the kind words Trife

getting wrecked online using abel but its worth it - Kreygasm

Haha @Trife88 that’s the spirit

Just a heads up, I tried to move the alex costume around in the USF4 Tickle Trunk program, and it throws up an error:

ā€œThis Costume is not valid.
JHA_01.bsr not found
JHA_01.shd.emo not foundā€

I’m sure it’s just the program, but I thought I’d post it up.

Hi @Finest_KO thanks for the heads up. I have personally never used TickleTrunk, therefore I am not aware of its requirements - I simply included all the files that I created for the mod in the zip. Could anyone care to explain what XXX_01.bsr and XXX_01.shd.emo do ?

[edit] Upon inspection they seem to be a shader file and a shadow casting model. I did not modify these types of data for the mod, but maybe Tickle Trunk requires them for safety. Could you please try to drop the two files from the zip below next to the other Alex mod files and see if it works with TT that way ?

Thanks

bsr controls the fake-physics that affect jiggle bones and shd is indeed the shadow-casting model.

Thanks for the reply. I ended up pulling the files from the original costume before you posted, and it works like a dream. Such a great costume! Well done!
