hmm I tried that and it didn’t really work. I was only able to get one skin to show up in the game. Can I only use one skin at a time?

Yes, depending on the mod. SF4 uses 2 main things to determine how a character looks in-game: the model (such as ZGF_01.obj.emo) and the color (such as ZGF_01_01.col.emb). There are a lot of other files that contribute in various ways, but for simplicity, we’ll stick with these.
If you haven’t purchased the DLC costumes from Capcom, you will only have access to one model “slot,” which you can overwrite with an alternate/modified model. For each model slot, you have 10 color sub-slots, which can each have a different color file.
Many mods rely on modifications to both the model and color files, so, in this case, you’re confined to a single mod, with or without an accompanying “10-color pack.” Some mods, though–my favorite kinds, and the ones I put in my mod pack–only modify the color files and you can put up to 10 of these (1 for each color slot) for any given model slot.

you can use empar’s custom costume manager which lets you swap out costumes at will though. It’s not a perfect solution since you can’t benefit from multiple costumes in a mirror match. but it lets you choose which costume set you want active without having to rename everything every time you want to swap. You can even assign a screen shot to each set so you can see which one you’re picking off of a list with your own archive. Very easy to set up and you can find it on the Wiki in the tools section. It’s pretty much a must have as far as I’m concerned.
Easiest way to go about it is to leave the [install folder]\resource\battle\chara*** folders alone and go with [install folder]\dlc\02_costume\battle\chara***
From there you’ll see the same setup but the numbers will be (for example) IBK_03.bsr and so on.03 is costume 3 04 is costume 4. Basically add in the new costume to this folder, but rather than replace existing ones, add a new costume. Usually the costume you download will be marked for costume 1. so just extract the files there and if the last costume for your character is 03, change all the 01s to 04s next costume make all the 01s 05s and so on.
once you’re done, create a placeholder file in the screenshots folder used for the costume picker. the screenshots will be named just like the character folders. so using ibuki as an example again it will be IBK01 for her 1st costume and so on. just click on a screen shot of the character you want to make the placeholder for and hit ctrl+c then ctrl+v. this will make a copy of that screenshot. now just rename it to the same naming scheme as the others. so if you want to be able to select costume 5 you’ll rename it to IBK05.
From here, just open the costume selector and choose the costume number you want. enter a training session, snap a screenshot with fraps or use print screen then open paint and hit ctrl+v to paste your screenshot. Crop it as you like and save it as a jpg over your placeholder. all done.
This sounds like a lot of work at first but it takes just a few minutes and saves you a life time of renaming and moving stuff around later.

Small update to Chun-Li Jeans Pack v2 (26/01/12)
- Fixed a damage in cell shading effect (caused by me to renew the tummy surface zone).
- Added a very subtle shadow detail between jean and tummy, and some relief details to tummy surface zone.
It is an old game! I like protagonist of this game, think to do him in place of Yun Or Yan. How does think?

Looks good. If the sleeves are bothering you, though, you could try starting with her 2nd costume as a base, or else try using one of the sloth86’s EMG swap tools to bring in arms from another costume. Personally, I think it looks fine how it is.

I tried to increase Cammy’s body-fat percentage (U know for extra warmth), but it all seems to end up in some centralized place… Oh, Bother!
