I’m not familiar with soft image, but what you could do is export the .fbx file, and I could “rig” it and provide that for you. Then, you could cross-reference my rigging with yours. Perhaps, it might help.

That folder is ~1.6GB. That’s probably why no one has uploaded it for you.
Ugh… that’s why I deleted it - too big. I don’t remember it being 1.6GB though. More like 6-800MB.

Here’s an idea for our awesome modders:
How about Makoto as Hitomi (Dead or Alive)? In their regular attire (Karate Gi) Hitomi’s differences from Makoto are fairer skin, brown shoulder length hair with bangs and Pink Hairband, no yellow scarf/band, cleaner white gi, black undershirt/sports bra.
Variant skins/colors may include variant colors of her gi, her alt denim jeans outfit (with or without jacket), her Polka dot Bikini (MUST!) and hopefully one skin with her as Makoto so we can have a Makoto vs Hitomi match for a DOA vs SF karate girl match-up. ^___^
