But when I inject the modified DDS file shows a format error … What DDS parameters I have to use to inject again?
Nice job! I doubt I’ll ever use it though since the pandora mode colors are just sooooo over the top that it is almost painful. But you did a great job transfering the skin over (especially given the lack of having SFxT actually out to compare the skin or even just back porting it)

I think it’s usually DXT5, but you can open the original in Nvidia’s Windows Texture Viewer (WTV; also works on AMD/ATI and Intel hardware) to know for sure. It will list the format and compression along the bottom of the window.

I was wondering about the hair. It really resembles the Ryu Final manga’s young Gouki:
I always wondered how it would look on Ryu or Gouki without the floating effects. You can tell this is what the long hair Ryu is based off of, since he’s still getting to where Akuma is. Also Oni’s cracked skin is definitely a nod to Ryu Final the manga that influenced a lot of SF. Quick, how to resize?
