I picked some low-hanging fruit: tacking on another pair of sunglasses for Guile so he wears them all the time.
If you try to take them off, they reappear on his face once the animation is over.

I tried doing the same thing for Bisonās cape, but his cape bones (lol) donāt seem to be animated except during the cutscenes, so it just sticks out flat and straight the rest of the time. 
I guess I should release all my secrets

Of note: this mod (and the sunglasses ones) are just model tweaks. They will work with the standard col/nml files without crashing.
I converted Mugenlove100ās Terry Bogard/ken to AE and itās crashing anyone mind giving it a test for me?

Those skins are amazing, if english was my native language i could understand more the tutorials. The tools that you done guys are awesome. itās a shame. if i could i would do a new face for adon there are no good enough skin for him right now, maybe i will do some if i can understand more on 3d editing.

I was looking through the music mod part of the wiki and I noticed no one has made a mod to replace the character select with the vanilla SF4 version. If anyone would be able to do this it would be great 
Ton of music Iād like to replace in this game yeah, if only to make MVC3 victory theme play constantly.
At the very least Iād love to have a fix that makes turning music volume to zero actually DO that.

Try on a junk file or backup and see if it seems right, I might be way off too man. It seemed to work for me, but I do so much helpless flailing when I edit that I might be remembering totally wrong ;D
So, Iām heading in the general direction of somewhere between these abandoned Capcom Juri concepts;

Iām at around the point where I need to start looking at 1. The best result and most painless method to get an object with so much bone influence as a gi jacket onto her, 2. The again most painless method to repair the hole that is gonna be left in her by tearing out the little apron deal she has going on currently.
Her alternate costume has a very suitable donor (the one thatās open down the front) for the hole that is gonna be left behind, but really just fishing here for advices from people whoāve done any successful model swaps with complicated meshes and animation influences. Iām feeling confused and stupid so if thereās a way to hoist around extracted, heavily edited geometry with mismatched vertice counts without dumping all its existing bone information it passed me by.
Iām a little limited by the vert count problem Iām having with Max .obj imports, which I still didnāt find a way around.
So yeah pitch me suggestions or if you prefer general mockery.
