Similar to previous years, the majority of the team has to be from US. For example, 2 out of the 3 team members must be from the US. This has been the policy for US qualifiers for many years now and seems appropriate.

Last year the European qualifier allowed anyone to enter so Justin and Marn flew over and qualified on the Europe team which isn’t exactly desired. Since then I believe Europe has altered their rules to only allow European folks for their qualifier.

Hmm. if this is for all of US, make sure this gets posted everywhere. i’m sure not too many out-of-towners would come, but can Play-N-Trade accommodate the volume? i’ve been there a few times and it’s pretty small.

I was envisioning 1 match, double elim. The rest of the day can be devoted to casuals, hopefully to help fund raise for the winners.
