Well guys I had an epiphany the other day. I think I am done with competitive fighting games for the time being, probably for good. I just don’t have it in me to keep up with the curve anymore. I have too much stuff going on right now and something needs to be cut out. Unfortunately, it has to be this. I will still play, of course, but not seriously. It just isn’t fun anymore. The games out nowadays are crap and Marvel is almost dead. The scene around here sucks and I blame console gaming for that. Maybe it is the old man in me but I miss the days of sitting around a musty-smelling arcade waiting for my time to play. Playing online with all that lag going on just isn’t anywhere near the same as sitting or standing next to someone and playing. I still play games and will always in some way shape or form just not competitively. I know some of you will probably be like Bah you just can’t take the heat son you are weak BLAH BLAH BLAH Get up with me and we can see how true that is IRL. School is the most important thing to me right now and I need to put a lot of my concentration into that so I can get out of this wretched cesspool of a sewer that is Anderson, SC.
I will still be around though guys. I love me some SRK still so I check it pretty regularly. If there is a tournament coming up and you are wondering if I am going, the answer is going to be NO most of the time. Final Round is an exception because I barely ever went as much for the games as seeing all of my out of state friends and chilling with them so I will definitely be there every year. Who knows? When I finish school and head to the murky blue yonder known as NY maybe I will get back into it…but that is years from now, about 3 to be exact.

i will change out the buttons to sanwa for cost for anyone that buys it and i will re arrange the buttons to a traditional street fighter style instead of the hori layout if anyone wants. the stick is already a sanwa JLF. i can even do button plugs so you can have a 6 button layout.

no it is wired. it is the same size as a ps2 tekken 5 stick. if you put sanwa buttons in it, the stick would be perfect. so you would be looking at about $120 will 6 sanwa buttons or $126 with 8. but the hori ones are not bad.

Well we all are so shattered now, and to be honest I’m waiting for both Adon and BBCS. I’m going to call BBCS guilty gear light, its looking to be a faster and better game.
Bum and I still play street fighter sometimes!! Matt and April are playing Aion a good bit, so Matt lost interest in sf4 and blazblue I think. We are all just kinda waiting around for Super Street Fighter 4! Doesn’t mean I can’t bust out fei long on you fools!!! = D
