Hey I’m from albany… but im at school in buffalo now but im a big player of GG, but i also play sf3, st. But my brother is in the area and plays often to, pm me if you want to get in contact with us.
Not to take anything away from upstate NY players, but you should try to visit NYC (Manhattan) some time. Not just for the tourist attractions, but ‘Chinatown Fair’ is a famous arcade there with LOTS of fighting games (except for VF). Lots of people play there and you will probably get some good competition. If you are interested, I’m sure that there are players who can offer you help getting there.
By the way, did you enter Tougeki this year?

Well, I had a chance to be on a good team which composed of 2 good players and me, but I got cold just before one of Tougeki ARES tournaments. I could have been to Tougeki final, but I was too busy with arranging my baggage, you know?
hmm. that is what I was planning on. Sooner or later, I will need to go to NYC to play games.I have been to a arcade located in Chinatown in NYC,but I dont know if it was chinetown fair. I don’t know when I can go either. where do you live? hopefully, we would go there together.
now I play racing games with my roommate. he does not play fighting games, so I will be required to play it online or at arcades.

I guess that you already know how to get to NYC, correct? I don’t know how many arcades there are in Chinatown, but if the one you went to had mostly fighting games, then it was probably Chinatown Fair. It is located at 8 Mott Street (Information). I have tried to informed the Chinatown players there that you are in Albany. Also, were you able to communicate with the Virtua Fighter players? Or are you only interested in playing 2D games?
