Winner gets 400 (400 + 50% of pot - $100 in weekly fees)
2nd LOSES 40 (30% of pot which is equal to 60 - $100 in weekly fees)
Plus gas and time to go there, its really not worth it to go unless you have a guaranteed win, thats why the flatter payout structure (the new one is better I think)
We did the math and agree with the flatter structure. Thats why we are running with it. and yes only 10 people entered yesterday. However if people come and enter next week (still the 20 dollar buy in) there is plenty of time to catch up and win.
In the end, it seems that SF just isn’t quite ready yet. Or atleast Hamilton isn’t. However we’re going to hold through with our word and run this to the end. Hopefully this will work out when we have a better situation.

Parking is free at the street meters after 6pm. The parking lot next to POWNZ is not free.
I’m in the same boat. I work until 9:00pm and will be by right after work.
EDIT: Are we using the setup we had at Final Countdown 3? That was ideal for getting the most matches while still getting a regular stream and had room for commentary.
EDIT2: I like Eric either not showing or bailing on this thing after a couple of times. An hour and 1/2 each way, gas money, and no actual money in his hand for at least 2 months. Good shit. Sauga doesn’t even want to make the trek, I don’t know how Eric is.

I think you might be missing my point.
You’ll do 3 hours combined (assuming there’s no hold up in traffic) worth of driving for 8 trips. Assuming you burn say… $20 in gas each trip, $10 in venue fee and the initial $20 you’ve dropped $260 before you’ve made any money.
Me personally I love that you’re attending. I don’t get to play this level of competition regularly outside of tournaments so you coming on a regular basis only helps my game. I can’t run it tonight but if you wanted to play casuals at my place after the RanBats that’d be great.
Vince; Eric lives at the 401 and McCowan. I don’t think even Noodleman makes that drive in an hour and he’s the toughest driver in the GTASF IMO.
