Hi there! thank you for the work, I’ve been to so many forum to try to fix this problem and I think it’s the best place here.

Hi, I’ve followed all the steps on this thread but I just can’t seem to get my pad working.
I haven’t seen any post of anyone using this kind of pad so my guess is that it is not on the updated list yet.
I tried adding the ID’s to the controller list but still it will not work. I’m on OS 10.7.5
This is the info about the pad:
Rock Candy Gamepad for Xbox 360:

I have installed everything as you said to, but still not registering my controller. I am on 10.6.8
Here is the Info on the controller I have:

Thanks for any further information that I receive from you.
Here is the updated script, it has moved to a permanent location and I have added a few more pads to the list. Here is the new list of pads that it should activate.
Ok, I’ve read through this entire thread and I’m still having issues. I’m hoping someone can point out to me what might be going wrong.
I’m using a HRAP VX SA (UMvsC3 edition), I’ve installed the latest of the tattiebogle drivers (0.11) and the latest Driver support script (1.1.4) supplied in the post above mine and I still can’t get my stick to show up in system prefs nor work with Mame or anything.
I’ve tried the basic fixes… (restarting and testing all my usb ports) But i’m completely stumped.
The does light up momentarily when first plugged in.
I went back and even tried the 0.8 tattiebogle drivers that appear as 0.11 and some of the older .command support scripts but too avail. So i’m currently using the latest version of everything.
I am running OS X 10.8.2 on a 2011 MPB 15" also.
This is very strange and frustrating as half the reason I bought this stick was to use with mame. I hope somebody could enlighten to as to what might going wrong and perhaps if i’ve foolishly overlooked anything. Would be sincerely appreciated!
Here is the USB system info for the device:

As for it not picking up at all I only worked out how to add new devices I have not written the drivers and I don’t have the time to download all the source code and debug. As I don’t own a fighting stick it would be a little pointless anyway.
I have found it sometimes does not work for no good reason, as this is a reverse engineered driver sometimes these things happen I would make sure your macbookpro is plugged into power and you are using the high power port on your MacBookPro. We sometimes have issues with the Logitech F710 pad and sometimes it fixes itself by moving USB port. Don’t know why but it works.
Seems like those numbers are not on the list. How would one go about adding it? I tried just manually editing the plist file in textedit and now when i plug in the stick i get a continuously flashing xbox home button, but still no controller response. Thanks.
Hello guys ! I’m new here. I’ve recently bought a RockCandy controller, which I manage to make it work on my Mac (OsX Lion 10.7.5)… I have TattieBoggle 0.11 too. Thanks you EddDeDuck for updating the script (+ rock candy controller version 1.00), but it seems that it does not work for me. It does just light for a moment too, and then nothing. I’ve been looking for the reason for a while, and the only thing I’ve found is that my rock candy controller is version 2.00.
So here are the details of my controller.

If someone could add it on the list, it would be really appreciate ! I tried everything I could by myself, but my skills are quite limited!

My Controller is on the list (HoriFightingStickEX2C 3853 13) but it is not appearing in the controllers list in the pref pane when I click the + button. All the other controllers are appearing, and I have even added a test controller with random vendor / product IDs to the .command file, which is also appearing.
I think the reason is that old data is being stored for my vendor / product IDs from previous editing of the controller list when I was trying to fix this problem before. This is somehow preventing HoriFightingStickEX2C from appearing in the list. There is an entry in the controller list (which displays in blue text) the pref pane called ‘MattsController’ which I had added previously with my vendor / product IDs, and I can’t seem to get rid of this by uninstalling.
I have tried removing:
The pref pane (ctrl alt click and remove from sys pref)
/System/Library/Extensions/360Controller.kext
/System/Library/Extensions/Wireless360Controller.kext
/System/Library/Extensions/WirelessGamingReceiver.kext
/Library/PreferencePanes/Pref360Control.prePane
/Library/StartupItems/360ControlDaemon
then reinstalling, but the the controller list does not seem to be reset. i.e. MattsController and all the other .command file controllers are still there.
First off, thank you so much for your support here. I signed up just to make this request: I have the Power A Mini Pro EX, but it is the grey color (your list only has the green and white supported). I’m really hoping you could add my controller. Here are the ID #s:
Great thread so far. Sadly, I’m also having a bit of trouble - I’m using a PDP Tron (which is already in your list). The computer is clearly recognizing the controller - the green button in the middle is blinking and the whole controller is lit up, and in the list of controllers within the preference pane, the PDP Tron entry is blue. However, the preference pane itself still says “no devices recognized” when it is plugged in. Not sure how to get it to recognize - thoughts?

Still my missing the trigger fix from the 0.8 version. The RT and LT doesnt work with Mame as digital triggers. Which makes it hard to play SF3 with a fightstick without rewiring the buttons.
Does anyone have a fix?
first i want to say thanx for all the help you have provided.
i am having a hard time understanding how to make the extension read my stick. i have the hrap vx and i checked its on the list (i even did the hex->dec conversion to make sure) when i plug it in it still says “No devices found” but when i press the “+” the name of the stick is now highlit in blue. all the while the home button just keeps flashing. i have tattiebogle 0.11 running with the extra driver that i downloaded from here and i am running 10.8.2.
i have tried restarting and if anyone can give me some help/insight as to why this isn’t working???
I’ve got a problem. I have a Hori Pad EX2 Turbo and whatever I try, the Tattiebogle drivers refuse to recognize my controller. I’ve tried deleting every 0.11 file listed in this thread (link) and installing the 0.12 drivers, reinstalling the extra pad support, rebooting, etc etc, and no dice - the preference pane still shows no device found.
When I plug it in, the lights flash for a second, I get Growl notifications, and under System Information, there’s an entry for the controller, but it says it’s “not configured”:
13" White Macbook (2008), running OS X 10.7.5. Any advice?
edit: I’ve downgraded to 0.11, and while the plus sign is back, the drivers still don’t recognize the controller. It seems I have a different version of the controller, as the vendor/product IDs after converting to decimal seem to be different from the ones in the script. Copy/pasted here:
