sorry no pot bonus but since there’s no venue fee, it would be a tad presumptuous to ask the my friend (the owner of the venue) to put up money for a pot bonus i dont want to hand over my own money as a pot bonus. doesn’t seem fair since all the money from the entry fee goes to the pot, not to the venue not to me.
maybe next one we can have a pot bonus but right now i just wanna get this to run smoothly then keep it going every month.

here’s an idea for the future (if this tourney turns out well).
charge like an extra $2 per entry. that $2 can go to a “pot bonus” for like an end of a season thing for whoever won the most( ranbat point kind of thing). that way there’s incentive for ppl to try to make it out.
i remember tim (fish and chips) did something like that. it was supposed to be like to purchase a stick for 1st place and a consolation prize for someone who showed up often but had like lowest points. though things changed and it ended up the pot bonus just went to paying for some top 3’s entry to NCR (which is just as cool).
I will be trying my hardest to make that prediction incorrect. :razzy:

Amazing turnout tonight. There were some communication breakdowns between Escoben and the other Rob o_o (wrong matches), but other than that, it was great. Just make sure you double check the matches so misunderstandings don’t happen again.

yeah man but for a first time…duuuuuuuude im still tripping off it. one hiccup the whole night is a good run. ill get the brackets up tomorrow and start planing for the next one. you guys were awesome wish i could have watched some of them and got to play but sacrificed that to stay on top of everything.

i ran a few warm ups but never got in, once it shot up to 49 people i was like “i cant play and run this” i sat out and stayed behind the counter, with help which man was sooo needed. i cant thank them enough
