im actually only thinking of letting Romeos and Creeps MM go right now. letting all of you do MM will turn into this big pissing contest and someones gonna get stupid.

I don’t think it’s turning into a pissing contest - if creep23 has the money and is willing to money match, he should be allowed to money match, so as long as everything is kept civil. And I don’t see things turning uncivil.
Perhaps I am taking this out of context, but we just want to win money from someone who is offering to take money matches. I hold no ill will towards this guy, but am looking forward to beating him and taking his money.
If setups are a problem I will be more than happy to provide a setup for a money match station. No need to worry/make excuses, I’ve got it covered.

It was bad enough that I was always having to kick people off of free setups last time, when they were just playing casuals. We’re going to have it set up to move as quickly and efficiently as possible…and if you do decide to do a money match I’ll just warn you now: I am, in some ways, similar to money…because I’M A GREEN BELT BITCH!!
These money matches will not interfere with the tournament because they’ll either be done before or after the tournament.
Nah don’t worry I’ll bring a setup so the tournament setups won’t be busy. Money matches can still go on.

no one is making a excuse…im thinking of the tournament first. this was all well and fine when creep and romeo were going back and forth you want to do a MM bring a set up and play on that one. but NO money matches or casuals are to be going during the tournament. when this happens from where im standing i think a match is going on because, no one cares that i cant see shit from where im standing so i have to count on Rob (which i do) to stay on top of this. so i have to when its you guys playing around. it holds up the tournament for people who are waiting to play there match. these will all happen BEFORE ONLY not after, take it somewhere else at that point. At that point everyone who isnt in the tournament wants to go home and if you wanna hold a MM after take it up with jon and pay him to play because you will be on HIS time. otherwise do what we will be doing pack it up and leave. no one wants to be there after everythings done.
im trying not to be a total dick about this but i gotta think of the tournament first, and this MM stuff dead last. if someone doesnt show for this is up to them and i dont want to hear any bullshit about it because i dont care. I know Creep for a fact is not bullshiting about the money, the only thing he doesnt bullshit on. i wanted the romeo and creep to go down because im sure either way it would end in comedic results that would entertain me before the cluster fuck size that this might be.
one last thing…do your best to pay your entry fee in a $10 bill and 2 $1 bills it will make my night so much easier for me and jon not have to look for change the whole night so i can break up all the money accordingly.

You’re right about the tournament having priority; I don’t think anyone was intending on infringing upon the tournament setups during the tournament.
I don’t think you have to worry about the MMs; I don’t see anything going wrong tomorrow. If I lose $300, I’m not going to freak out and start punching people. I don’t believe creep23 would either. Regarding casuals and MMs, make it clear that people should not be playing if it isn’t a tournament match. Coordinate with Rob. Depending on the number of setups you have, you probably don’t have to stay behind the counter the whole time; just call the next match, get a result, then record the result. This would also cut down the chance of you misinterpreting Rob when you record the match results.

if i didnt have to sit behind the counter id be playing the the tournament myself. i want my only focus to be on the tournament only not on my match as much as id love to play in this. besides me and rob you guys need to tell one of us who won. last time Rob had to chase down some of you people because they would do there match then just walk off like we knew who won that was a problem. its only me and rob (more Rob) running the floor and one small green belt cant be everywhere at once. if one money match causes any problems then expect them to be banned after that. If any thing happens say a fight or anything much more stupid i will not run these again and call the whole thing off. the whole point of these were so people could have fun and not become dead serious about winning some money.

And you can’t deny the hype and anticipation these money matches are generating.

Don’t forget that. That’s a bit extreme, though, but my point is: don’t forget that you’re the one running this. Of the same token, it’s your responsibility to ensure things go as smoothly as possible, and from my experience, the players won’t object to unreasonable demands. And I don’t see any fights occurring, because regardless of who’s fighting who, there will be people that would break it up. Again, though, I don’t see any sort of altercation going down.

actually yeah thats what it looks like, someone says there the best and everyone comes crawling out the wood works then moneys brought up and more come out. yeah i know im the one running this and i have no problem DQ’ing anyone if there off holding this up because they wanna do there own thing. if they dont agree with me DQ’in them then they can go play somewhere else. im keeping things simple and strait forward. hold up the tournament you get a warning after that DQ.
