Yeah, Ikebukuro’s Safari arcade is the fiercest arcade for sf4 comp. Hard to get winstreaks there.
Where do yokohama players play? Whats the arcade name and train station name? I live in Kanagawa, so I can go to yokohama in 25 minutes or so. I’ve been trying to find out where yokohama players play at

I’m going. Got some Kara throw and Tatsu mixup practice in today at my local arcade so hopefully I’ll get more than 2 wins this time around.
Hopefully Iyo will be there practicing for Nationals so we can see Dhalsim played at his very best.

You hand the owner 300 yen, he writes your name down, and you hang out and jump on whenver a machine is open/you feel like it. The machines will be set to free play.
Now that there are 3 machines, 2 are open play and one is restricted to people with less than 30,000 bp.

lol i remember paying the owner/worker and he was like “yo there’s the scrub machine over there if you want to play” 
but the scrub machine can still be matched up with the other two machines, no?
no they dont get matched up with the others. its not really a scrub machine though so dont bring your hopes up tooooo high.

nah, there are 6 machines. 4 for anyone and 2 for lower bp/no cards.
