Most people including myself had Spencer in top tier early. Then everyone found out that half the other cast could also TOD and then he was slightly devalued from there.
Until Spencer becomes a character that’s so cheap that you must TOD him where resetting him to save meter is not an option (like it isn’t for most of the top tiers) people won’t consider him top. Pretty much everyone in the top tier includes characters that you are in severe risk of losing your team if you do not kill on a hit. Not sure yet if Spencer is that cheap.
If he ever becomes that cheap for people then TAC infinites will help take care of him.

Called it like forever ago.
But Spencer can true TOD solo off pretty much anything. Even the best have trouble killing off certain confirms, especially certain throws.
For 2 bars, everyone else can just DHC, big whoop.

It’s not based off me, although I’m sure I know more about Viper than most people in this forum… But look at MarlinPie now, he hasn’t beat FChamp since since SS and has an even harder time against Chris G, who I dont think he has beat since the 2nd (or 3rd?) Curleh Mustache when Chris G first picked up Morrigan. People are learning the Viper match-up and the holes in her game are starting to show
My top 5 are what ever will get me the most nods of agreements.
lol, if people think Bold Cancelling in Ultimate is too much work, I wonder how they felt about Dante’s bold cancelling in Vanilla with his double motion inputs.

Morrigan is overrated. Unless we’re doing it matchup chart style or something because she probably blows out more characters than others.

Who ever wins CM4 is suppose to run a set with Marlinpie. Marlinpie isn’t entering himself but there are only like 12 trillion other Norcal Vipers entering. Best of luck Drew!

I think a character needs to be able to go against morridoom to get to top 5 at least. How good are viper and firebrand without coldstar? How good are any tri-dash/overhead characters with coldstar?

I got invited but I didn’t have transportation or anything arranged to go there and sleep over. Plus it’s so close to Evo and I figure I need to save hooker money for Vegas 
Still pretty damn good. All viper really needs is Strider because he basically can regularly convert her zoning game into TODs so she doesn’t have to tri dash often to begin with.
