Rapid Fire Fists on occasion, which is deeply obnoxious.
Hawkeye’s gimlet is neg 8 on hit.
I believe Strange’s vishanti is also just negative enough to be just frame dhc punished on hit.

Arthur’s level 3, if I remember correctly.
I think Capcom didn’t give Arthur a dash because they really didn’t want him to rush down ever. If he had V.Joe’s air dash and could pop Gold Armor…

Arthur should have a dash a bit slower than Stranges but couldnt be cancelled into anything. That would atleast let him dodge things, but gives him no more mobility than he has now
Marlin Pie hints at possible changes to the game. Hints at not just a patch but possibly TAC’s as a whole being nerfed. Go at it.
I just want some new DLC characters, a bit more nerf on XF and a few of the lower tiers sucking a bit less.

I really really feel that higher tier doesn’t need nerfs. For the most part hit boxes need to be fixed and maybe cut some of the options that Zero has. To me it seems like alot of his options that he has now were oversights. I wish Arthur just had better projectiles or better normals. I only say that he was poor zoner in vanilla but is even worse thanks to Hawkeye.
