To be honest, I haven’t been paying much attention to Hakumen as of late. Been trying to focus on Rachel at the moment. The only insight I can give you is this;
You want to play it safe with him at all cost. Use his magatama wisely, for which it can reward you with an high damage output. Hakumen’s metagame can range from defensive to offensive, so pick a style that will be suitable for the match-up (example: Hakumen v. Tager; Play defensive and use pokes when necessary).
Here’s Kagetsu’s Hakumen in action. So far, he’s the only player that I’ve ever payed much attention to. He’s pretty well-rounded with him, in my honest opinion.

I’m not a big fan of the preachy style of writing (maybe this signifies some inadequacy in myself!), but he does make some strong points. I also like how the author didn’t try to pin blame on the “youth of today” being irresponsible and instead dealt with the subject as something universal and timeless. He does fall a little into the hipster labeling trap, though, and the blog he references purports views about the uselessness of going to college that conflicts with his article by stating college just breeds delusional ingrates. I find it hard to believe that no one will be able to attain the happiness he writes about by not getting an education in the first place.
Which leads to how the author states that “if your career is going great, you’re thrilled with your life and you’re happy with your relationships […] this article is not for you,” which implies that there is a material end to your struggles, a final stage to the gravy train that represents maximum happiness. It discounts the human capacity for knowledge. I believe there is always something new to learn that could lead to greater self-discovery. And that’s why the article sounds like pages out of a self-help booklet.
Still, the fact that the article made me consider thinking about the content, and that its last few points are especially appropriate for Cracked’s readerbase (young men), means it’s at least a good article for generating discussion.
Also, that Instagram-Facebook thing is some shit.
