I think people should try playing those again someday without nostalgia glasses on, because they are pure shite grind fests. I never played World 1 anytime recently, but Digimon World 3 is a pretty crappy Pokemon knockoff and Digimon World 2 is the epitome of ass and is a terrible terrible terrible game.
The PSX/DS digimon games are great.

How many years ago this was I have no idea, but I always considered Digimon something of a joke when I learned every single monster’s name ended in “mon”…
I was going to go at it, but all I remember about the game is playing it as a kid and always getting Agumon to evolve into Sukamon/Numemon who shit all the time/or eat their own shit. I don’t recall much else about the game besides sucking at it and them eating their own excrement, so I left it at that.
