Because what can be considered her best strings don’t do a lot of damage. The strings that lead into her stances don’t jail so going into them is a risk in and of themselves. You can actually duck her b+2,1 string in anticipation of a stance and stand fast enough to block the 1 follow up if she doesn’t go into a stance. Her b+1+2 stance doesn’t stop people from throwing out quick mids because notiing she has in that stance is fast enough. Maybe the 2 follow up but that gets you nothing but more frame advantage.
Her counter hit launchers outside of can can kicks and magic 4 are slow or come on the second hit usually. 1+2 is a breakable stun. SS 4 is slow. IZU 2 is easily telegraphed. Now, d+4 is a fantastic poke that has a CH follow up but I can’t think of any low that she has that is scary.
I never said Jun was bad though she might be. I just said Asuka is better. I love Jun. I ship WinduxJun all day. But Asuka is better.
