P4A was a great break from Marvel (or Street Fighter for some people). But it was pretty bare bones. Regardless, it was an awesome breath of fresh air.

It depends on how much you want your offensive pressure to be based around divekicks. Cammy has a pretty decent divekick with her EX version but Rufus as a character I’m pretty sure only can divekick. Either would be a good character to learn.
